House is in a nice quiet neighborhood in Carrollton. How has had lots of updates. Backyard is great for a morning cup of coffee. I would absolutely stay here again.

The host is very friendly and communicative. This is by far one of my favorite vacation rentals to stay at. It is our second time visiting. Beautifully decorated and very clean. Also has everything you need.

We were in town visiting family for the extended Memorial Day Weekend and my niece's birthday. When we arrived, I immediately noticed the well groomed yards. Check-in was easy and the home's furnishings and decor were as depicted online... inviting and spacious. The kitchen was appointed with dishes, cutlery and cookware. We cooked dinner on the patio and were impressed by the electric grill, as we'd never used one. The hostess is thoughtful and it shows in every aspect of the home... We will be returning.

We enjoyed our stay! It was stormy and ended up spending a lot of time inside. The covered patio was perfect for enjoying the rain. The kitchen was fully equipped for cooking. Brandy was great about responding to any questions. We would stay here again!
