Sergio muy atento. Excelente ubicación

El departamento está muy bien ubicado. Zona con bares y mercados y segura para ir con niños. El departamento necesita algunos arreglos. Puertas que no cierran, canillas que se caen, picaportes flojos, luces quemadas, aire acondicionado que hace ruido, duchas que se tapan desde el día que llegamos, un cuarto habría que cambiar la cama y por más que se ventilaba no lograba sacar el olor a encierro o cigarrillo. La vista es parcial y para apreciarla parcialmente había que salir al balcón , lo cual era imposible por lo caluroso que es. Recomiendo la zona sin dudarlo.
