Beachfront - Designer Decorated Condo With Sweeping Views

This is a fully renovated beachfront condo in a beautifully landscaped quiet complex. This vacation home has a well-equipped kitchen and is stocked with all the comforts of home including the personal products typically provided by a hotel such as shampoo, conditioner, soap, and terrycloth housecoats for four. There is also an in-suite washer/dryer.

Perfect for two couples or small family looking for some sun, fun and relaxation, this vacation property has two bedrooms each with a king-sized bed and each with a private ensuite bathroom with shower, included high-speed internet, a Smart TV and Bose Soundock speaker in the living room, a personal programmable safe and, in the kitchen, a water purification system.

The complex has one heated pool and one non-heated pool, both with ozone filtration systems. Plenty of loungers are available around the pool and also on the beach. Located on the Costa Azul beach, it is just a short walk to San Jose’s surfing beach, three charming beach bars, and one of the best rated restaurants in the area. With the beach at your doorstep, you can also stroll down the beach to the hotel zone for a variety of restaurants and bars. La Comer grocery store is conveniently located within a 15 minute walk either down the highway or along the beach. The historic town of San Jose is a short taxi or Uber ride away, or walkable in 45 to 60 minutes. The owner will provide a detailed welcome package complete with recommendations for transportation from the airport, rental car options, local restaurants, excursions and maps prior to arrival. This property also has a local property manager who can provide same-day response to address any concerns or unexpected emergencies.

Please note: This walk-up unit is on the 3rd floor, which results in sweeping views, however note that there is no elevator.

Great location

We had a great vacation and Stephanie was top notch with answering questions and making sure we had all we needed. We had beach days, pool days and Uber rides to old town and Cabo SAN Lucas. Walking distance to all amenities so that was nice.

Fabulous place! We spent hours sitting on the balcony, listening to the crashing waves and watching for whales. Clean, quiet, spacious, well-appointed and easily accessible to all things. Stephanie was wonderful about getting back to us when we had questions. Highly recommend!

Paradise!!

This property was perfect! The condo, itself was beautiful and very well furnished. We had everything we needed including the best view ever. It felt as though we were always on the beach! Walks on the beach and time at either the heated or unheated pools became our daily routine. The Location is very convenient.

Say hola to La Jolla’s Blue Palm

We have visited here for several years and have stayed at several beachfront condo units. This condo exceeded our expectations. Waking up to that sunrise was a blissful. The kitchen was well equipped & the living area could handle dinner for 8 comfortably. We would definitely consider renting again.

Wonderful stay in San Jose

Had a great stay at Stephanie's place in San Jose with my mom and 7 month old baby. The location was great - quiet yet easily accessible to town. Everyone in the condo complex was very friendly and all seem to know each other, it was a great vibe. Security also very friendly and always around so we felt very safe. The condo itself was a nice size for a small family, the deck was amazing right over the beach. Only comment would be that some of the furnishings could use an update.

perfect location!

when you look at the listing pics, it really is that close to the ocean, and that well decorated and spotless! Well-equipped kitchen and lots of towels, beach supplies, reference materials, etc. Every need has been anticipated. the location is great, too...quick drive to a huge grocery store and the fantastic town of Sam Jose del Cabo. Highly recommended! We will be back!

Gorgeous beachfront condo!!

We loved the condo, the views, the pool, the beach access and the restaurants that were just a beach stroll away. Everything was clean, plenty of towels and great service from the staff (including the grounds crew). We made due with only renting a car for one day, and using shuttles and taxis. But, I think it would have been easier and cheaper to rent a car in advance from the airport for our entire stay! We had a relaxing, delicious and sun filled vacation!! Thanks!!

everything we needed

This beautiful condo was exactly as advertised and contained everything we needed. On arrival, it was impeccably clean. We enjoyed falling asleep to the sound of the waves and gazing at the often deserted beach. I stayed with my two nearly adult sons and we felt we had plenty of space. The complex is conveniently located, but away from the hustle of the hotel zone or of Cabo San Lucas. Staff at the complex are friendly and helpful.

Beyond our expectations

My husband and I spent 19 days 8n this beautiful oceanfront condo. The condo is beautifully appointed with everything you could possibly want or need. It's very, very clean as well, which is a sticking point for me. The balcony was a fabulous place to just hang out and listen to the surf. We grilled a few times and enjoyed having our cocktails out there as well. It was a perfect vacation. We're already booked again for March. Highly, highly recommend!

Everything you need!

The condo is in a great location with the most spectator balcony view. It was roomy, clean, and lots of extras. I packed games, towels, soap...none of it was needed; the owners had everything! Even tape 😁. The owners were great to work with. I recommend reading their guide. Very helpful. And, figure out Uber. We loved the condo.

The perfect place!

I can't say enough about this condo. My family of 4 just stayed here for a week. I agree with the other rave reviews here. The condo is located in the ideal spot, right on the beach and adjacent to but not in the midst of the busy hotel strip. Its easy to get to everything you need - great restaurants, groceries, and fun activities. The grounds are beautiful and the pools lovely. Stephanie has gone above and beyond to provide everything you need in the condo and a wealth of information before and during your stay to ensure the visit goes smoothly. We didn't have a single glitch! We would do just one thing differently ... we would stay longer!! Thank you for an amazing home-away-from-home Stephanie!!

Lovely Long weekend

This well appointed condo had absolutely everything we needed and wanted for a lovely long weekend away. The condo was clean and spacious. With a beautiful view and comfortable deck. The complex felt peaceful and safe. The pool cool and clean. Restaurants and markets walkable distance. Downtown San Jose just a few minute taxi ride away. Communication with the owner was excellent! When we got caught in at the airport due to waiting for negative Covid test we reached out to the owner of the condo to see if by any chance we could stay an extra night. She responded immediately and was more than gracious with allowing us another nights' stay. This trip was exactly what my husband and I needed. I would highly recommend renting this unit!
