Our apartment has just been renovated to a high standard. Located in the center of Martim de Sa, it is ideal for a wonderful holiday.
This is a fully independent ground floor apartment with separate entrance through the garden. Located in a building of 2 floors behind the owner's house.

The apartment has a suite with a double bed and a single bed. It has a chest of drawers and a 42" Smart TV. All bed linen is provided. The ensuite has a wc and washbasin.

The apartment also has a separate bathroom with shower and washbasin. Towels are provided

The separate large kitchen has a stove, oven, fridge and dining table. Kitchenware, cookware, plates, cutlery are provided.

In the livingroom / kitchen there is also a sofa which converts into a confortable double bed. Bed linen is provided.

This is a wonderful apartment that offers tranquility in the center of Martim de Sá - the most desired neighbourhood of Caraguatatuba.

Martim de Sá is recognized as having the best beach in Caraguatatuba. The beach is beautiful and great for swimming with lifeguards on duty. There is all the infrastructure and restaurants you need. It is also easy to access all the attractions of Caraguatatuba.
