Awesome place to stay. Loved the historical aspect.

Beautiful mini "apartment". A stones throw from the beach and amenities. Weather was perfect. Wish I could have stayed longer. Actually wish I could live here permanently!!! Thank you to Julie for the wonderful warm welcome and hospitality. A little treasure that everyone should make a point of staying at.

Brilliant location and accommodation

Julie is a thoughtful and generous host. She invited us to check in early, welcomed us with a bottle of local wine and home made Anzac biscuits, as well as a personalised card to acknowledge our wedding anniversary. Her attention to detail in the apartment was very much appreciated. The heritage apartment was spacious, comfortable and had the added bonus of a large outside deck.

A lovely place to stay!

We had a great stay. There is a lovely balcony overlooking the town with a bbq and chairs and table. The room itself is nicely furnished and small touches like the plants inside, the anzac biccies on the table, made it feel like home.

Fantastic, comfortable, relaxing, peaceful!

The property was absolutely stunning! We came to Adelaide for our honeymoon and the property couldn't be more suited. It was very easy to find, located next to the jetty and had a stunning view. It was only a 10 min drive to the shops, and around 20-25 min drive to McLaren Vale. The room was very cosy yet very modern. The king size bed was very comfortable, and there were also bedlights too! I really liked the bathroom, where there were twin showers. The kitchen was very handy too, it was a kitchenette but there was enough room to cook a meal for two. Thank you Julie and Bob for your hospitality, in providing us maps, bread, milk, complimentary cookies and wine. Would definitely recommend my friends to stay here, and would love to come back!

Peaceful, private, although central location to all of adelaides attractions. Recommend a stay to anyone for any purpose. We enjoyed our time and intend to return. Thanks Julie and Bob for sharing such a wonderful House, restoring and preserving it for the future.
