We have professional Pest Control inspecting and treating all our properties, however, mother nature can be more powerful. Please keep doors and windows closed and all food concealed and closed.

The property was actually better than pictured. The movie room is amazing! There are 6 recliners. The arcade game has probably 100 games on it. We had bad weather and couldn't swim in the ocean. The host heated the pool for us so we could go swimming. The location is in the middle of everything. We will definitely stay there again!

Absolutely wonderful. Perfect for familys and kid friendly. Our kids enjoyed the pool and the home in movie theater. It definitely made for an unforgettable first vacation as a family. We will definitely be back in the future.

We had so much fun staying here! My kids LOVED the pool, great location for everything you need and close to the beach. The house was immaculate and had everything you need for your stay. Rafael was easy to contact when needed and the property manager that lives upstairs is the nicest man. We will definitely be back!

Kitty hawk stay

The house was very clean. We really enjoyed our stay. The only thing I would say is that the master mattress was super uncomfortable. Just wished it had been comfier!

Sorry about the mattress, we try to have all the nicer things at the house, but mattress is one of the main complaints on rentals, as it's impossible to please everybody. Everything was very nice. We didn’t get to use the pool because it was a chilly weekend, but it looked very nice and the movie room was great. The beds were not the most comfortable.

Hi Dawn, thanks for the review. Just a reminder that we do have optional pool heater and a note on the beds - it's so hard to please everybody. We have good mattresses and even a good topper on the main bedroom, but while some people prefer softter beds, others prefer firmer ones.

We had a great stay in Kitty Hawk. The house and pool were wonderful and a great space for our family. The only downfall was having to cross the busy road to get to the beach.
