Great location/great hosts

Beautiful place, great location, will definitely try and stay again during ski season. Housekeeping service prior to arrival was not great, but owners were super responsive and made things right.

Great location and a really fun trip

This place is about as close as you can get to the slopes. The owners communicated frequently and made sure everything was easy and fun. Great stay!

Amazing stay

Had an amazing time. Absolute perfect spot for an avid skier. Literally steps from the chairlift. Great host. Condo was clean and very enjoyable

This was a terrific condo for our ski trip. There are lockers for your skis just steps from the snow. Pop on your skis and you’ll be at the lift in under a minute. The pool and hot tub are both kept at 102, which means there is plenty of space to relax post skiing. You can easily walk to the restaurants located at the base of the mountain and the ski rental store. It is a quick ride into downtown Park City to access great restaurants and shopping.

Location can’t be beat

This is a true ski in/ ski out condo steps from First Time lift and steps from the free park city bus stop. Communication with hosts was excellent. We had a great time.

Awesome Location

Can't get any closer unless you plan to stay of a lift. Great place with great location and amenities. Owners were super helpful and friendly with my request. Highly recommend.

This was a great property! Extremely responsive hosts, painless walk to slopes, ski locker in basement, hot tub, very warm pool (quite amazing!), equipped kitchen, grill, games, and under-building parking. Enough space for our party of 8! We would stay here again!

Great Location - Nice Condo.

Erik was there when I needed him. Condo was nice and Park City was fun. Gym and pool in the building were a bit limited. Ended up going to commercial gym nearby, which was great. We were there in the summer and it was a great place to chill out.

Great Ski In/Ski Out for Families

This setup was perfect for our family’s first ski trip. Our two kids each had their own room. The bathrooms were nice and beds were comfortable. Kitchen was great for our morning breakfasts. And… the condo is right at the base of the mountain next to the First Time lift. True ski in/ski out. The hosts were extremely responsive. The toaster broke and we had a new one same day. We would definitely stay there again!

Fantastic place within 150 feet of the lifts. You can hear footsteps in the unit above, but that was only during normal waking hours. In the bunkbed room, it is bright from outside lights at night so we hung a blanket over the window. We would rent again.

Great family getaway.

This condo is super-convenient to the slopes right at FirstTime and Eagle lifts. Use of the locker room was a plus. Underground garage a bonus when it was snowing on our arrival). Walkable in ski-boots to ski-school (I wish the lifts starting running a half hour earlier so it wasn’t a walk, but still- not an option and the kids’ lessons were fantastic). Kitchen had all the basics. We used the gas grill. Pool and hot tub were a great way to relax apres ski. Plenty of room to keep out of each other’s way and two full bathrooms avoided the inevitable sibling conflict. Loved the fireplace. The washer/dryer was coin/operated and on the same floor. There was an App that would have allowed us to pay by card/phone but we had already gotten a roll of quarters.

Excellent ski-in / ski-out location for small group or family!

This is nice little condo for a small group of friends and family that has everything you could need for a great stay on the slopes. Easily ski-in and ski-out and enjoy close access to a very nice hot tub. The owners are very responsive as well.
