Had a very pleasant stay waking in the morning and looking out of the windows onto the beack was so relaxing Grandchildren had easy access to the beach The back shed gave my grandchildren lots off options, beach toys ,shooter and canoe s. They are asking when are we going back. The beds where comfortable and the house was clean and ànd the kitchen was well equipped

Relaxing stay

A great week in a quiet location. Some mornings the still waters in that part of the beach allowed us to use the supplied kayaks to enjoy a quick paddle before setting off for that day's adventure.

Lovely property, a little old but had all the conveniences you would expect. Very comfortable and very good amenities. And the view - wow! Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful house on the beach

Perfect holiday location. House was amazing and had everything we needed. It was nice to listen to the waves at night and waking up to the views of the beach and hills. Friendly neighbourhood and owners are perfect hosts. Would definitely stay at this property again.

Lovely stay

We had a lovely time, it was special being right on the beach. The house is very comfortable and we had everything and more that we needed. Branko is a very attentive host who wants to make sure you’re having a nice time. If you’re after peace and quiet, Frogmouth cottage at Primrose Sands is the place to be! Would love to stay again sometime.

Lazy days on the beach

Great experience and wonderful location. The house has everything you need for a relaxing beach holiday. Beach is perfect for children to swim and kayak in. Communication with hosts was excellent. Can’t wait to come back.

Check in to check out

We were lucky enough to spend Christmas at Frogmouth Cottage. It was a wonderful place to start our Tassie trip and really unwind. It’s such a comfortable house in a beautiful part of the world. Being able to walk straight out the door onto the beach is a real treat. Thank you Branko and Ivanka.

Perfect place on the beach

The cottage totally lives up to previous reviews. Really convenient to get to but feels like a retreat once you are there. Appliances are all really good especially oven and hob. Fire is really easy to use and just a totally great place to stay. Location ideal for the tasman peninsula etc. A very relaxing stay.

Thank you Victoria please come again. Sometime we are amazed at honey eaters, chirp and nimbleness of little wrens coming to feed on our bottlebrushes, and the taking of a quick dip in our bird bath at rear of the cottage. Then we hear screech of the yellow tail black cockatoos or the kookaburra song or the squawk of seagulls all in the background of crashing waves.

Perfect Location

Our stay at Frogmouth Cottage was the perfect starts to our Tasmanian holiday. The views were gorgeous. Our favourite part of the day was sitting in front of the fireplace with a cuppa watching the sunset. Already planning on going back when weather is warmer. It was a great location, not to far from any towns, this made it easy to do day trips.

A perfect property for a family holiday

We loved staying in Branko and Ivanka’s lovely house. It has everything required for a great break - beautiful views and location for adults and a brilliant range of toys for indoors and the beach for the kids. Best of all we got to try sea kayaking and fishing (using the equipment provided) which our boys had wanted to try for a long time. I could not recommend this house more highly - you can’t fail to have a great time here.
