Please note your guidebook details consumable items are not all available at all times and with a receipt for any item on the consumable list you feel you need we are able to reimburse you. 2 baths refers to 2 bathrooms, not bath tubs. We have passed this feedback onto our owner.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re pleased to hear you enjoyed the home itself. As explained during your stay, maintenance at this particular property is handled directly by the owner, and we must wait for the owner’s availability before certain repairs can be carried out. While we understand the inconvenience, this was outside our direct control. Regarding the payment you referenced, this related to an additional linen fee associated with potential visitors, which has already been returned. We aim to address issues raised by guests as quickly as possible, however some matters—particularly owner-managed maintenance—can require additional coordination.

Hi Emma, thanks for your feedback. Unfortunately as you didn't let us know there was any issue until the day before you were departing we were unable to help. Since your stay the owner has fixed some things maintenance wise and the house has undergone a more thorough clean. the fans over the beds are compliant, people shouldn't be standing on a bed, the only time we don't have ceiling fans is over the top of bunk beds.
