Kuranda is located three blocks from the town centre just a short stroll to restaurants, cafe's, shopping centre, fast food outlets, Horsham race track with excercise track and the beautiful Wimmera River walk with fantastic playgrounds for the kids..

Hidden behind a tall hedge is a large Heritage home with double door wide entrance hall, high ceilings, 4 bedrooms with 2 living areas with open fire places(not in use, ornamental only), dining, country kitchen, 2 bathrooms, 5th small bedroom/office(original maids room) and sleeps up to 10 people.

Former doctors residence , step back in time with generous sized rooms, leadlight windows, timber lined hallways and ornate light fittings.

Main bedroom KIng bed with bay window / reading lounge, 2nd bedroom with queen bed, 3rd bedroom with 2 single beds and trundle, 4th bedroom with two single beds plus a second TV for the kids with a Wii and with DVD player . One of the living rooms features a fold out sofa double bed and also features a large screen TV, entertainment system, pool table, games, books, dvd's and toys to entertain the kids. Large country style kitchen with oven, gas cooktop and tea /coffee supplied. Relax on the deck, pick up a book and enjoy the outlook over the garden.

The house has evaporative cooling and central heating. Outside is a decked area overlooking the garden with an outdoor setting, enjoy a BBQ and play cricket in a fully enclosed back yard with established garden. Bring your pets with you, beds and bowls provided.

Four friends stayed at the property. The house is a little quirky but its very well set up with very comfortable beds and quality towels and sheets. The rooms are spacious and the kitchen well provisioned.

From the moment we walked in the door this place was just so charming. High ceiling and paintings and ornaments throughout this home made it feel so cosy and homely. The beds were great and the rooms huge. We had many family come and visit as we were down from ueensland. So much fun- the kids played games. Men and women played pool and some of the ladies did jigsaw puzzles - what a great place to spend time. Didn't really want to go anywhere else aas this place has it all.

This gorgeous house was in a fantastic location - close to town & the river. Big rooms, it had everything included you could want & the back yard was protected, safe & perfect for our 2 little dogs. Loved everything about this place.

What a wonderful home with enormous character. From the moment we stepped in the door we were delighted. Great high ceilings with lots of ornaments and paintings to make it feel so homely. The whole space was used and we really enjoyed the pool table, the jigsaw pussles and the kids loved the toys and the Wii. Everybed was comfortable. everything we needed was supplied. When we have another large family get together this will be number One on my list to stay. Many thanks.
