We had a wonderful time here & the location was perfect for Bryce, North Rim GC and especially Zion/Kolob. Beds were comfortable and our older kids enjoyed the game/movie room.

Great landing spot for our trip to Zion - we had 4 full days of hikes and loved having the full size kitchen, spare fridge, laundry, fun game room and plenty of space to spread out! Hosts were great and very helpful. Would definitely recommend!

The photos didn't do this home justice. The rooms were spacious, the air blew cool, the pool was warm and clean. we were 11 friends and there were plenty of beds that we're super comfortable. We were less than 30 minutes from Zion, from Kanarra Falls and from St. Gorge, so perfect location.

Property was beautiful, the pictures do not do it justice!! There was plenty of space for my family and I, and we were very comfortable! We had everything we needed and more. The host was quick to reply and helped in any way needed without hesitation! If we were to visit Utah again, we would most definitely reach out to stay in this spectacular home.

Great house to use as a base for Zion. We enjoyed relaxing in the pool and hot tub after a day of hiking. Very clean and they had comfortable beds. The only thing to mention is that we’re certain that the king is really a queen and the queens are actually fulls. Not a big deal, but set your expectations.

First trip to Utah and it did not disappoint. The house was a last minute decision and boy was it a good one. We had a group of 7 on the trip. Plenty of room in the house. The pool was great after a long day of hiking to relax in. The game room/movie room got some use as well and the open kitchen made for an excellent time for the family to come together, play some cards, have a few drinks and talk about our adventures. The property is located in a quiet neighborhood and is close to all the main hikes / attractions. Would defiantly come back.
