Once we were made aware, we arranged for our cleaners to return immediately and also provided compensation as a gesture of goodwill for the inconvenience. Understandably due to the rain and wind we experienced on the Coast during your stay the windows were in need of a clean and we had to wait until the rain had finished to arrange this. We did contact you regarding the wifi and it seemed to be working perfectly fine when we tested it. We apologise that the cleaning was not up to standard and wish we had been notified during your stay, as we would have arranged for our cleaner to reattend and rectify any issues. Thankfully the border is now open between QLD and NSW so travel is much easier between the two states. Thank you for pointing out the unit is not on the ground floor, but on the first floor. We thought you could tell from the photos, however we will update the listing to clearly note it is located on the first floor.
