Walk to hiking, biking and ski trails, just steps away. Second floor unit with lots of natural light and vistas. Portable A/C unit in master for those occasional warm summer evenings, plus fireplace for cool ones! Awesome location close to everything with underground parking, ski lockers, elevator access and beautiful designer interiors. Pullout sleeper sectional sleeper sofa with tempurpedic mattress expands to sleep 6 in this 2 bedroom, 2 full bath unit. Beautiful deck with sliding glass doors off living area with amazing views and nice place to sit and enjoy coffee or beverages! If you don’t want to drive, the shuttle runs from the lobby door to Old town and the slopes every few minutes!

Wonderful condo walk to the lifts

Great location only a short walk to the lifts. Shuttle stop in front of building provided an additional option. Condo was clean and had all the amenities we needed. Kids loved the pool, and the garage parking was very nice. We would stay here again

Lovely Place!

We stayed for Sundance and it was fantastic. Everything was clearly newly renovated, with an especially nice master bath and kitchen. The beds were all superb Temperpedic matresses, even the fold-out. Location was great as well - not right in downtown, but walkable if needed. Would definitely stay again!

Beatiful and comfortable condo

Quiet, convenient, nice views, ample amenities. I recommend skiers take the shuttle to lifts and ski-walk back. Return shuttles are tricky.Park City is not pedestrian friendly; too many aggressive drivers—our only complaint about our vacation.

Convenient to skiing in Park City

Property is very convenient to skiing. Walking distance to the base or you can take a very convenient shuttle. All amenities were there. We were able to cook dinners and breakfasts. Well stocked kitchen. Very well appointed condo. Would stay there again. Owner was very accomodating and responded promptly.

Simply Location

We have been coming to PC mountain for many years. We enjoy being close to everything but All Season also offers sweeping views of PC mountain with great privacy. We have stayed in several of the units here in All Season and this was our favorite one yet. The condo was clean, and comfortable. Communication with the caretaker was easy. We will stay here again.

Lovely Park City Condo

The apartment is well thought out and designed and is furnished with so many thoughtful things and details. We really appreciated all the creature comforts like fireplace, TVs, and newly remodeled baths/kitchens. It was a comfortable and cozy place to stay for our trip with two kids. The entire process was a so well organized. Kudos to the owner as well as she was very communicative and helpful. We can’t wait to come back.

Charming condo near Park city resort

Our family enjoyed a week stay at this charming 2 bedroom condo. It is about a 10 minute walk to Park City Resort or you can take the bus. Please make sure uou choose the correct bus line to get back home from Park City. We learned the hard way.

Easy access to PC base lifts

The unit and management was great. We loved the comfortable condo. As described. First stop from bus stop right outside the front of the condos was the PC base. We used the bus to get to skiing and then pretty much skied back to the back of the condos. Management was very responsive and nice as well. Would stay again.

Wonderful Vacation Condo

This beautiful condo provided everything needed for our family (4 adults and 2 children) to enjoy Park City. The location is convenient to the slopes and when there is enough snow you can ski home after removing your skis to cross a road. Janice responded quickly to our questions. We were close to everything but really enjoyed the view overlooking the snow covered golf course and mountains. The kitchen was well stocked, we cooked several meals and had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again.

Great condo just 1 bus stop from Park City lift!

Overall an amazing stay. The condo overlooks the pool and golf course which was fully covered in snow. We found 2 snow saucers in the outdoor closet and our kids used them down the golf course slope. The bus stop to go anywhere was right in front of the condo. 5 minute walk to either Starbucks or Fresh Market. 10 minute bus ride to Main Street. We didn’t need to rent a car which was nice. The locker room on the bottom floor for the ski equipment was perfect although next time I would use the ski valet services at Park City Mountain to store it all there. Condo was great for our family of 5. All the amenities needed for our 6 day stay.

Perfection

This condo was perfection. The host went above and beyond and we can’t thank her enough! We truly could not have asked for more. The condo is beautifully decorated and the kitchen is extremely well equipped with high quality pots, pans and appliances. The fireplace and artwork added so much ambiance! The location is perfect being convenient to the mountain as well as local stores and restaurants. The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms clean and modern. We really enjoyed the outdoor heated pool and use of the ski locker. We have come to Park City several times and this is hands down our favorite place we have ever stayed. The owner thought of everything and we could not be happier. I hesitate to leave this glowing review as it may result in the condo not being available when we return to Park City, however, this place and our outstanding hostess more than deserve it!

Wonderful Park City Condo!

My husband, two college sons, and I had a wonderful time at Janice's home. Her condo is in a great location. It's a quick walk to the slopes and not a long walk to Main Street. We used Uber quite a bit and our longest wait for a ride was under 5 minutes. Janice's beds are very comfortable, including the sofa bed where one of my boys slept. Her condo is extremely well equipped--plenty of toilet paper, soap, paper towels, trash bags, towels, laundry & dishwasher detergent, etc. We only needed to purchase food and the grocery store, pharmacy, and liquor store were within walking distance. The kitchen had everything that we needed to prepare meals. Janice's home was also very clean and communication with her was excellent. The ski storage locker (each unit has their own locker that locks) where you can store your skis and snowboards overnight was very useful. We look forward to renting from Janice again next time we return to Park City!

Wonderful Christmas week stay

We spent the week of Christmas in Park City and had a great time. The condo is beautifully decorated, the kitchen is well stocked (roasted a prime rib Christmas Day!) and the location can’t be beat. We took a car service from the airport to the condo and didn’t miss having a car at all. We rented skis from Cole sport which is adjacent to the condo, Fresh Market grocery is a 5 minute walk, the ski lift is a 5 minute walk and to get anywhere else we hopped on the free city bus that stops directly in front of the complex. Having a ski room with our own locker was incredibly convenient and kept us from lugging ski equipment in and out of the condo. My wife isn’t a skier but likes to snowshoe and found there is a trail on the golf course directly behind the unit. We also hiked several miles on the rail trail one morning - it’s about a 10 minute walk from the condo. Our experience renting here was 5 star- from the quality of the furnishings to the great location, hope to be back again.

Wonderful condo in Park City!

My family of four (husband, 20 year old son and 18 year old daughter) had a wonderful stay at Janice's All Seasons condo the week between Christmas and New Years! It is furnished beautifully and very well equipped. Every detail has been thought of, from the gorgeous furniture to the memory foam mattresses (even on the sleep sofa), to the coffee she left for us in the kitchen. The location is perfect, you can walk 5 minutes to the base of the lift, or take the free shuttle that picks up directly in front of the building. You can even ski directly back to the building, you just have to take your skis off to cross the street. There is an outdoor heated pool, a beautiful view of the mountains and cross country ski trails in the field behind the building. There is a fantastic grocery store, The Fresh Market, just a block away, and many other stores nearby. The Main Street shops are around one mile away, so you can walk or take the free shuttle. The key-less entry to the building and condo makes it really easy for the family to come and go, and the ski lockers on the main level are a great way to store your skis so you dont have to carry them upstairs. Also there is an underground garage which is really convenient. Janice was great to work with and she responded right away whenever I had a question. All in all, we would gladly stay there again! I highly recommend this condo!

Beautiful unit

This was one of the prettiest units I’ve stayed in. Plenty of room, well stocked kitchen, the bedrooms are spacious and lovely, the beds are comfortable. There was enough room and equipment to have a dinner party for 8 people. The ski room was convenient for leaving boots and skis and getting geared up. There is even a work space to wax your skis. The lifts are an 8 minute walk, but we found it easier to boot up in the ski room and catch the free bus right out front. The bus to Park City Comes by every 5 minutes because all the different routes converge here. The bus to Canyons was every 15 minutes. On the way home we skied back across the golf course. The owner did not have instructions and it took some figuring out. Some of us found that better and some didn’t. For the record, It involves going all the way left at the base to the ski patrol shack, taking the skis off, walking across the road and putting them on again. You can see the building across the golf course and have to double pole a bit. Look for the outside decks and the pool. When you get close, go to the left of the building, go around the first big evergreen and then hug the building, keeping it on your right. This takes you right to the driveway to the garage.

Love Park City and hope to retire there someday. Walk to slopes and underground parking are a must. Shuttle to old town means you can park and never have to drive until ready to head back to salt lake airport after an amazing trip
