This newly renovated, 1BR unit has everything you need to relax and enjoy your vacation. Upon entering the unit you will find a cozy bunk area with a twin size bed and a TV with gaming connections. It's the perfect area for your child to hang out and have their own space. The kitchen is beautifully decorated and has everything you need to create a great meal when you want to eat in. The large living room / dining area is a great space to relax after a full day of sightseeing or a day at the beach. There is a sofa sleeper in the large living room that looks out to the courtyard area. The bedroom has a queen size bed and direct access to the bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Age Requirement: NO reservations will be accepted for singles under the age of 25 unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. A parent or legal guardian shall be allowed to supervise no more than 3 individuals under the age of 25. Parent or legal guardian MUST occupy the same room as those they are supervising. Any reservations made under false pretenses will forfeit all prepaid rents and deposits and will be required to vacate the unit.
