Beachside, Gated and Private Villa
Chatham @ Watermill Villa is a very elegant 4 bedroom townhouse located within a secure gated community in Old Fort Bay, Mammee Bay area of St. Ann and only a 5 minute drive from the famous Dunns River Falls, Dolphins Cove, Mystic Mountain and 10 minutes from the lively town of Ocho Rios, Jamaica.
This 2 story villa has 4 spacious and comfortable air conditioned bedrooms that sleeps a total of 8 persons. Each bedroom also has a ceiling fan and a flat screen TV. Free WiFi is available throughout the villa. Guests can prepare to relax and enjoy delicious meals prepared by your own private chef/housekeeper.
The open concept living/dining/kitchen area is furnished with comfortable seating and is tastefully decorated. It opens to a garden patio with plush seating.
The cook/housekeeper will assist with planning the menu for your stay and prepare your meals. Guests are responsible for the costs of for all food and alcohol. If guests need assistance with grocery shopping the staff will be happy to assist. Pre-stocking of food and alcohol to prepare for your arrival can be arranged during your booking process. It is customary to tip the staff at the end of you stay at Chatham@ Watermill Villa.
