Ground floor: fully fitted integrated kitchen (pyrolysis oven, induction hob, dishwasher, freezer, raclette .....) open to a living room comprising a sofa with chaise longue, tv, stereo.; a large bathroom with Italian shower, double sink, juxstaposing a sauna and a covered spa opening onto a terrace and a 1 st bedroom with a bed for 2 people and finally a cellar with dryer and washing machine and ski storage
upstairs: 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds and one with 1 double bed and a dressing room as well as a bathroom with bath
outside 1 terrace giving access to the spa, garden furniture, barbecue, pétanque area as well as private parking
