This quaint and modern apartment is "conveniently" located in the award winning Valley West neighborhood and features a gas fireplace for the cooler months, window air conditioner for the summer months, and private driveway parking. It stands alone, exclusively, over top of a detached garage for further privacy and much deserved downtime.

Our charming carriage house is freshly painted and fully furnished with; top of the line West elm linens, and plush (Saatva) Beautyrest KING mattress) as well as full-size air mattress bed for third guest.
It also furnishes household amenities such as a front load washer and dryer, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, and refrigerator. We want your stay to be as comfortable as possible, so we supply kitchen necessities such as: spices, coffee filters, and several other pantry items, as well as, bathroom essentials-hand & body soap, shampoo and laundry detergent. Snuggle up with a cup of coffee and a good book or enjoy our high definition entertainment cable package. Complete with high speed internet (500 megabytes)
*We have added ONE OUTDOOR security camera above the front door to ensure a safe stay for everyone.
