Upon entry you are greeted with a stunning open plan living/dining/kitchen area opening to the balcony with awesome views to Sydney. The kitchen is new and contains everything expected in a luxury property. Also on this level you will find the main bedroom, complete with queen bed, dressing room and a large ensuite.
Up a few steps to another queen size bedroom with built in wardrobe and ceiling fan.

Downstairs are the other 3 bedrooms which all have queen size beds. On this level is also a main bathroom with a bath and shower. There is also a lounge room on this level and another television. Laundry complete with washing machine and dryer.
There is outside furniture on both balconies, the top one also having an awning. Please keep closed when windy and not at home.

Copacabana Beach is one of the Central Coast's most breathtakingly beautiful and relaxed beaches. It's a patrolled beach perfect for swimming, surfing and there's a rock pool for the kids. The local village has cafes, restaurant, convenience stores and there's a coffee shop at the Surf Club.

Beautiful well kept property. Great views sunny and bright

Overall a beautiful property well kept with some essentials in the kitchen which were appreciated. Clean and bright with killer views. Enjoyed the location with the beach close by. Did not like the key drop off option, should have a safe box with a password like other properties we have used. Address should have been more clear as the entrance has a Very steep drive and loading bags etc very difficult. Should have given the Access Is Next door details. The first bedroom has 2 sky lights which makes sleeping in very difficult. Blinds to block the light would be very welcome. Would definitely recommend this 5 bedroom property for a family. Very satisfied with our stay. Thank you.

Great House

We spent a great long weekend with our children and grand children (9 of us altogether). This is a beautiful house to stay in - spacious and well decorated, good beds and linens and plenty of towels. Great outlook of Copacabana Beach and 2 large decks to enjoy it. The kitchen us excellently equiped with everything you could need - plenty of crockery and serving plates also sauces, wraps, pantry items which was much appreciated and made life easy for the cook. The only draw back for part of our family was that the lovely master bedroom only has sheer blinds, also the other upstairs bedroom has high uncovered windows. So for that family it was a bright wake up at dawn and no chance of a holiday sleep in, our only disappointment! Also the downstairs TV was not yet working. The main living area was great for a large group and we really enjoyed our stay.

Lovely Weekend

Absolutely beautiful , very well equipped property. The views are amazing however reaching the property is difficult. The home is located up the top of the hill near the lookout - you need to go down a very narrow lane with a big dip at front (car scraped all across) . It was hard to get an Uber to go out as street address is not where you have to drive to access the property, There are a lot of stairs so the ad should mention mobility . Putting the rubbish out down all of those stairs was very dangerous with no lighting and very steep.

Family weekend away

This house is as amazing as it looks in the photos. The view is absolutely stunning and the location is fantastic. The hosts of this property have thought of everything. I have never stayed in a house before that was so thoughtfully set up and so beautifully presented. Thank you for having us! We loved it and had a great weekend.
