Second Room has queen bed with TV. Third room has full bed that sleeps 2. Full Gourmet kitchen. Wifi and Cable TV (4) available. Includes two covered decks. Bonus living room upstairs with flat screen TV and fold out couch which sleeps 2. No BBQ available unless prior approval.

Load and start the dishwasher

Gather used towels

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys

Put used towels in front of laundry room

Please dump trash in dumpster by complex exit.

Do not make or strip beds

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

No items are to be left in front of condo. This includes shoes, buckets, ice chest, clothing. HOA Rules

No bikes, boards are skates allowed around complex. No playing ball, etc. No play areas. Please wipe off all sand in garage shower south of parking.
