We had a great time during our stay, and this condo was perfect for our family of 3. We've been to Steamboat many times but this was our first stay at Storm Meadows. We really enjoyed ourselves. It was a bit of a walk to get to the hot tub, and the spring melt off made for a couple of dicey stretches on the trail getting to the slopes, but overall it worked out very well for us and we'd stay here again.
The condo was well appointed. Had everything we needed. It was clean and comfortable and perfect for two! Everyone was friendly and helpful and the shuttles were on time and the drivers were wonderful! Will definitely be renting again! Of course the excellent skiing conditions were a definite plus!
We really enjoyed our stay in Steamboat. The property was very nice and we appreciated the ski in/ski out location and everything was pretty well maintained .
I would definitely suggest renting a car in lieu of taking the shuttle from the airport due to the proximity of the condo to the mountain base and town. It is not possible to walk even down to the base due to the windy roads with blind corners. Ubers are very limited and the shuttle was also very slow and had long waits each time we needed to leave or get picked up. (Sometimes over an hour which was torture)
The only suggestions we would make for the place would be to upgrade the mattress in the bedroom. It was sagging a bit and was not as comfortable as we would have liked. The price of the condo was super reasonable and provided a good value. House was well stocked and we appreciated having some basic kitchen supplies to use as well! Would definitely stay here again as long as we rent a car and have new mattress. Everything else was great!
Very nice condo in a great ski in/ski out location. Condo was clean and cozy with plenty of towels, cookware & dishes, blankets, etc. We loved the fireplace. Ski storage was convenient. While the condo is too far from the gondola area to walk, we found the Retreatia shuttles to be easy to request and use to get around in the evening – including to downtown restaurants. I would be happy to stay here again and would definitely recommend.
This is a cute condo with everything you need. Grocery stores require a shuttle to get to so I would recommend getting groceries delivered before you get arrive. Shuttles come regularly to the condo every half hour which was nice. These shuttles will not take you to in town for the grocery so it is a little confusing.
Very clean and lots of upgrades to this unit. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes and basic cooking spices, etc. Great shower head in the bathroom! ... only drawback is that is a little far if you want to walk to the base area... but it is truly a ski-in/ski-out unit. Would highly recommend!
Great location, super clean and well appointed:)

Overall decent place. A little hairy driving up and down the mountain if the weather is bad.

Nice condo, truly ski-in, ski-out
This was a nice, but smallish condo. The kitchen was nicely stocked, and the beds were comfortable. Good space for a family of 4 so close to the slopes. The photos do make the bathroom look a little bigger than it is. This condo does not face the ski slopes - you can sort of see them from the balcony. It was truly ski-in ski-out, but it was an extended flat trail both ways, so the snow boarders in our group decided to shuttle. The shuttle wait was never more than 10 minutes, usually 4-5, then a 5 minute ride to Gondola Square. The hot tub and pool were 2 buildings away (the only reason for not being a 5 star review), a bit of a walk, but they were part of a nice building with clean locker rooms for changing. Close to a nice grocery store at the base of the mountain, and less than 10 minutes from town. I would stay here again.

Not Kid Friendly
We were in town for a softball tournament. The clubhouse/pool is what sold us on staying here. There's a large clubhouse with an outdoor balcony that we thought would be fun for the kids after a long day of playing softball. We were told by the property owners that the pool was open from 10AM to 9PM. We tried to coordinate a team potluck at the clubhouse only to find out no food or drink of any kind is allowed!! We were also shocked to find out the pool closed at 6 during the week and 7 on the weekends. We had to move our potluck to a more accommodating facility nearby where other teammates were staying.
The unit itself was nice but it doesn't have A/C. It was 88 degrees when we were in town. Also, the building is very outdated and smelled a bit like dirty ski boots.

Very clean Very nice easy access
This unit was very clean and really nice. Everything about this stay was super easy. The beds were very comfortable; better than any hotel bed i've been in. Kitchen and baths are each well done and newly remodeled. Steamboat in June is Amazing - Zach

Great location, nice condo
My girlfriend and I recently stayed here for a week. We found the condo to be well stocked for cooking, which isn't always the case with condo rentals. We were even able to bake brownies! The fireplace was very nice, and the company provided ample wood on the patio. The location is really great for those who want ski in/out. The route back to the condo requires a bit of pushing, as it is fairly flat and when the snow is sticky, as it was for us with the spring conditions (in February!). My one minor gripe was that the directions provided to get to the hot tub/pool area was vague and it took us a bit to figure out how to get there. The hot tub was nice after a long day of skiing. We did use the shuttle service twice, which was a nice option. The first time they were right on time but the second trip they were 20 minutes late. Still, I think that is a minor issue in the scheme of things. Overall, we were very happy for the price, location, and amenities.
