The host Sheri was amazing always there to answer any questions. The patio is amazing only wished I stayed in the summer you won’t be disappointed by the patio. We didn’t use any of the amenities as it was winter months we stayed. The amenities also look great. The kitchen by far was the best stocked kitchen. We highly recommend this place to anyone.

This property suited our family of five perfectly! We loved the large rooftop patio or just chilling inside between going to the lake, golfing, sailing and visiting family. The location is perfect! It is close to The Vernon Yacht Club, to town and an easy drive to the airport. Sheri was a great host and prompt with check in instructions and replies.

Great stay!

We found this unit to be even better than advertised. The roof top patio was amazing and made the trip for us. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you need, and there were lots of extra towels and bedding. It's a bit of drive to get into town, but the location on the lake makes it well worth it.

Perfect outdoor space

We had a wonderful week staying at this property. The patio is very spacious and can accomodate a lot of people. I would say that the sleeping space it is the perfect setup for a young family or 1 couple with a very open design concept bedroom loft and patio access. Kitchen is well equipped and great to have a bbq to use for warmer Okanagan days. Would definitely consider staying here again! Unfortunately the pool wasn't open during our stay but hopefully next time. Thanks Sherri for everything!

Excellent family stay

We have two young kids and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Lots of natural light, convenient underground parking, pool looks great (wasn't filled yet when we were there). The dock is quite new and has nice Adirondack chairs to sit on. Rooftop deck takes the unit to the next level. Tons of space to relax, lounge and dine. The second bedroom is quite small (basically the size of a double bed) but that worked for us. May not be ideal for two couples or older kids.

We stayed in this condo for the month of October 2018. Everything was fantastic. The condo was very clean and equipped with everything we could need. Furnishings and contents were high end and in perfect condition which is something you do not always get in a rental unit. The weather was not the best but we were able to use the rooftop patio a couple times. The patio was huge, well equipped with seating and a clean BBQ. Not only would I recommend this condo to anyone I already have. I had my sister-in-law stop by to look at it as she may look into renting it when her daughter and grand children come to Vernon to visit. Dealing with Sherri was wonderful as she was always available for any questions we had. We rent regularly while traveling and this was the first time using VRBO. The check-in and check-out process was easy and smooth. In the future if I need to rent another condo in Vernon for a short term stay this condo will be the first one I check into. Thanks Sherri

Very enjoy Studio at the lake with amazing terrace!

We stayed here for a little over a week, and it was quite enjoyable; we were unlucky with the pool as it needed maintenance. However, Sheri was very graceful with her solution!

Beautiful Okanagan Property

We had a wonderful time visiting with relatives and friends around Vernon and Lake Country. We golfed at Bear and Quail, shopped the wineries and had a memorable evening at Pedator Ridge listening to live music. We enjoyed out stay!

This penthouse suite was very clean and well appointed. The listing on VRBO described it well - what we saw when we arrived is what we had anticipated. The only issue we had was that the bed was to soft for us - not a problem if you are staying for a week but a month of nights on a bed that doesn't suite you is a long time. But for that we would certainly stay in this property again. We enjoyed our time in Vernon. We love to walk but the weather was a bit dreary. Luckily we discovered the arena, KAL Place is open most days for people to walk the concourse or skate. We toured some wineries and ate at some nice restaurants. Our favorite was the Mexican restaurant Los Huesos. We also made several trips to the Swan Lake Nurseryland Market - so nice to get really fresh apples in November!

Lovely place!!

Lovely place!! Beautiful vaulted ceilings and a HUGE patio. I wish I could tell you more about the view from the patio but unfortunately the smoke in the air blocked that. I can however say that if it were clear skies, the view would be amazing. Would definitely come back and stay here again. The owner was very pleasant and great to deal with.

We stayed in Vernon for the month to experience a Vernon winter month, and that we did indeed experience. We just became Grand parents this year ! We have purchased this property to one day spend more time.
We have spent every summer holiday at the strand for 10 years now and very glad to finally have our own place.
Best feature of this condo is the roof top patio, lots of room and spectacular views of the lake and mountains.

Why they chose this property

We love Vernon Lake Okanagan. Love the slower pace vs Kelowna.
Love the strand resort and being on the waters edge. Close to the boat.
You can't beat having dinner on the patio watching the sunset every night after a fun filled day golfing or on the water. Or a quick trip to town for dinner in Vernon. And the airport and Kelowna is 20 minutes away.

What makes this property unique

Our cosy little condo is very special to us and we take great pride in looking after it. We have everything you could possibly need to make your stay enjoyable including our two favourite recliners. We added a foam mattress cover to the King bed if you like soft, if not you can just remove it during your stay. I just replaced a few of the lights which gives it such a more modern look.
