Frustrating & disappointing

From the moment we picked up our key we encountered problem after problem. The key safe for after hours check in is ridiculously difficult to use. The after hours number at the apartment complex didn’t get answered. Our car park fob wouldn’t work. Would help if you let your guests know there are two car parks and you need to use the secondary one. When we finally got into the apartment after some lovely guests let us into the car park, we were bitterly disappointed. Bathroom/laundry had way too much mould for my liking for one. The bed was as comfy as sleeping on the pavement outside. On checkout we were told to leave our keys in the apartment which we did but then we couldn’t access the car park. If this apartment is anything to go by you need to update your systems and your apartments before we come back.

Chippendale apartment

Great location but that's where it ends. Apartment was for 4 people (queen bed & pull out sofa) although there was only enough bowls & cups for 2 people. So we had to take turns in eating which was a little annoying. No tea towels were supplied to dry dishes. The blanket that the kids had to use was covered in hair & set my sons allergies off. The mattress for the pull out sofa was filthy. Just a few things that need to be rectified.
