Large living areas, decks on both sides with exceptional Pittwater views, as well as north facing outlook to Ku-ring gai National park.
Full sized BBQ on entertaining area facing north, own private entrance and native garden setting.
42" Plasma TV, Stereo System with AUX and Bluetooth for iPod, iPhone, mp3 player and free WiFi and free unlimited Netflix .
Level block with ample street parking .
Walking distance to public wharf and netted swimming area,with huge gums providing shade for grassy picnic area. Boat access also.
Great fishing, kayaking, sailing, paddle boarding,all at the end of the street.
Water taxi facilities also available from public wharf.
5 minutes drive to Avalon surf beach, a patrolled beach with an ocean pool for lap swimming
5 minute walk to Clareville Beach.
Bus service at the door for local access & limited service directly to the city.
Late checkouts available
Fee is based on 2 guests, but double Futon also available in spacious living area, to provide extra sleeping on request.

We purchased this property many years ago mainly because of it's fantastic location and proximity to both surf beaches and still water ones.

What makes this property unique

The apartment is the entire floor of a beach house and has water views from every room.
There are decks both sides and as we live on a point , 180 degree views continue right up to Ku ring gai Chase National Park.
