Clematis House is a modern four bedroom home close to Halls Gaps township. This house offers picturesque views of the mountain ranges that surround Halls Gap. We offer very affordable accommodation for up to two families or three couples. Take a 2km bike ride into the town centre or a short stroll to the local hotel. Unwind on the beautiful Clematis Falls hike or simply relax and watch the native wildlife come right to your door. Also enjoy the wood burning fireplace that is perfect for comfortable winter living.

Contains two queens beds,one double bed, one single King bed, and a single bunk bed.
Two porta-cots are also available.

Excellent location with beautiful views of the mountains,Clematis house is spacious very generously appointed and very affordable .Beds were comfortable and rooms very nice.It was great being able to bring our small dog as the yard is well fenced.We can’t think of a better place to stay.

house was very clean and cosy. the wood fire was an absolute lifesaver. The views from the house were beautiful with a nice view of the local wildlife and even ended with a couple kangaroos in the yard. the owners leave lots of things for guests to use. the only downfall was the lack of service which obviously is not the owners fault but the area the house is in.

We stayed in this property with 5 adults and 2 small dogs for a week and really enjoyed our stay. Layout of the house meant we all had our own space to relax as well as a good communal space to hang out together. Enclosed back yard was a good size for the dogs to use. The house was equipped with all we needed including a washing machine. The house is within walking distance of the Halls Gap Hotel and it is a pleasant walk into Halls Gap from there. We've been holidaying in the Grampians for many years and this house was the best priced we have found. Highly recommend this property.
