Sorry to hear you were not happy with your stay. I did let you know the oven was not working and I could not get a replacement organised on a Friday before long weekend. BBQ was meant to be cleaned by previous guests , sorry if that was not addressed. If beds were not to your liking , this has never been a problem. Perhaps you should think about paying the Std Noosa prices of $250 per night to cater for your needs. Kind regards Bel & Phil

Easy Getaway

Great kitchen and shower. Everything was easy from check in to check out. Easy drive to where you want to go with walking distance to river and shops not far. A lot of construction in street currently.

Great location in Noosaville

Our favorite parts were the shower, outside table area and location. We loved our time here, riding our bikes along the river to work and were very grateful for the air conditioning.

Comfortable villa close to amenities

Very comfortable villa with all the mod-cons, close to the Noosa river and all other attractions while being in a nice quiet street. Perfect location giving you the best of both worlds. Really enjoyed our stay, thank you so much Belinda. Brian and Maybelle

A pleasant surprise

We were unable to stay in our regular accommodation and came across this villa. We stayed for a week and were not expecting very much, however, the villa was ideal for us. Though on the small side, the enclosed courtyard was perfect for our toddler to play in, when its not raining. The villa has pretty much everything you need except a dryer and a pool, but you cant have everything unless you want to pay big bucks for it. Its a short walk to the Noosa river & park and also the shops. I would recommend this villa for a small family (i.e. 3) or perhaps two couples staying for a weekend.

Lovely villa

We stayed here in October 2014 and we thought it to be the best holiday villa we ever stayed in, as it is homey, clean,has everything you want in there and more,very well located. Could of lived there . We will be definitely back there and can highly recommend it. Affordable. Very satisfied customers and can't praise it enough

Best place I have found

We stayed here over Easter what a lovely, homely place to stay ,so peaceful near the water ,great places to eat , not a long drive to zoo or any where, was so relaxing , this place I will come back to again.
