This beautiful apartment is one of two situated in town across the road from the best coffee in Brunz. From the big verandah you can see the Brunswick River so checking for the tides is made easy through the french shutters. Then its less than a minutes' walk to the river or the ocean which is just behind the nature strip. Its a fifteen minute drive to Byron Bay and Blues Festival is practically around the corner. The actual apartment is heaven! White lime washed floors internal french doors to the bedroom and huge ensuite. The light filled space is decorated tastefully and comfortably - it is a romantic apartment and I love it. There is a rooftop garden with tables and chairs for alfresco dining and lovely views of the river then to the mountains and the sunset.

Oh Simon that is the best review I’ve ever had!
Thankyou.
And I know that I am a lucky duck to be living here. I’m thrilled you had a nice time and Thankyou for leaving the house spotless. A very small footprint indeed.
Regards
Toni
We had the absolute pleasure of staying in this most beautiful apartment for a week over Easter. Every thing about the experience, apartment, furnishings and location was amazing. We had no need to contact the host as everything was perfect. Would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone else.

Thankyou so much. Please come again.
Organising drapes for the bedroom as we speak.
It's like being in a French apartment elevated in the heart of Bruns. The Terrace enjoys a people and native bird watching festival from the Bruns Baker to the river and sunrises every morning. We stayed 5 days, so we enjoyed sunsets on the roof top too. Everything works, and you really don't drive anywhere unless you go to Mull or Bryon.

I’m happy that you had such a lovely time. I especially like it when the magpie sings on the roof and it wafts in like a good stereo system down the stairwell.
Come again you two!
My husband, dog and I had a wonderful time here. Such a well appointed, beautiful place in very central location. A rarity when real life is even better than the photos! Everything was easy and we felt welcome and at home. We're already looking forward to returning. Thank you Toni.
Due to the last minute cancellation of Bluesfest we have delayed our stay at Toni’s property. We are hoping to get there in the near future. Toni has been very easy to communicate with.

Thanks Kerry,
Hope it’s not too long before festival gets up and running.
The apartment is comfortable, clean, so spacious, beautifully decorated and in a perfect central location to explore and enjoy all of Brunswick Heads by foot.
Lots of lovely little touches and helpful hints from Toni too. The outdoor terrace and rooftop are an added bonus!
It's on one of the main roads above some nice shops so there can be some noise as the town wakes up in the mornings, but BH is not the type of place you sleep in anyway. It's quiet otherwise - you can still hear the waves at night.
We really enjoyed our stay - thank you!
This is an absolute charming unit filled with French style artwork and curios.
It has a fabulous 1st floor balcony from which to watch the world go by.
We would not consider any other accommodation in Brunswick Head
Conveniently located and easy to find. Stairs may be a problem for those who find these difficult. No problem for me (79). Spacious and light filled. Aesthetically delightful French Provincial decor with every convenience and attention to sumptuous detail. French door opening onto a fabulous verandah, tastefully and comfortably furnished. Netflix great for evenings. A note explaining that the oven was electric not gas would have been helpful. Given that dogs are permitted a note locating the existence and directions to the 'dog beach' would have been appreciated. Loved the selection of literature on the bookshelves. Overall a delightful, restorative, time out experience. Thank you.
The most charming quirky and comfortable place for our week in BH. Gorgeous veranda with two comfy daybeds and a big table to have breakfast in the morning sun. Every convenience inside with more comfy chairs, couches and great bed. In the heart of town and a short walk to everything we highly recommend Toni’s place.
Had a wonderful stay. The accomodation was beautifully furnished. Loved the balcony and roof top terrace. Location is amazing. And very grateful we could bring our dog. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again next time we are in Brunswick
Toni made us feel extremely welcome. The apartment provides high end linen, towels, toiletries, kitchen needs and a beautiful French atmosphere. The location is perfect and Brunswick Heads offer a relaxed dining experience with high quality food and great beach. We highly recommend Lello's the Italian Restaurant across the road. Such a fun time and we will return with our little dog.
Absolutely loved this place! After the first hour we had discussed making Brunswick heads and this apartment our regular holiday destination. Will be returning as soon as we can. The Italian across the road is also a must!
This is our second visit and deliberately chose the location to rest and relax. The aprtment interior has lovely spaces created for reading, morning coffee, and resting. I should also mention the kitchen is very well appointed for your cooking needs - we cooked a couple of meals during our stay. The location is in town and walking distance to beach and local eateries - you can park the car and walk everywhere around Brunswick Heads. We had the best weather during our stay, and anything we needed Tonu was very helpful and repsonsive with info. Would recommend staying here.
A beautiful apartment, spacious and well equipped. Comfy bed and a good location. We had a lovely stay.

Toni’s apartment is bright, large and spacious with a huge sun-filled balcony in the heart of Brunswick Heads. Off street parking, easy check in and walking distance to everything. A great place to stay.
We put some cooking spray on the front door lock barrel for the next guest but don’t take anything expensive.
Renter doesn’t communicate on stay.
The CD player didn’t work. BBQ igniter in area upstairs was broken.
Didn’t answer the phone the whole time we were there.
Wouldn’t usually leave a bad review as I’m not a petty person but as soon as we left she started harassing us telling us to turn around and bring back a pillow she thinks we stole when we were an hour away?????? For the record we do not have and never have had her pillow.
(Kinda funny but it was an annual holiday we haven’t taken for two years) and I think most of the ”decrotives” she has there are things people left behind.
Then she resorted to personally degrading insults and I stopped communication.
We left the place spotless and watered her plants as requested as per her instructions. Kept the aircon to a minimal and followed all The house rules.
The view is terrible from the balcony . The “what to do” tourist information is outdated and for the money we payed we could have stayed somewhere else with facilities, had the room cleaned daily and been treated with respect.
There is no dryer and the electricity and wifi are both dodgy.
My husband would like to add he has twenty years property management experience and is entrusted with a $50 million property with 200 private apartments.
We would have enjoyed a holiday.
Also, there are no steak knives, take your own.
Never using stayz again

It rained the entire time they were there and they left two days early and didnt pay the $250 that I had negotiated up front for an extra day.
No problem - it was horrible weather.
It was their first time on Stayz and they didnt really get it I think.
Yes a pillow insert had gone and a thin therapeutic one in its place. She was young and beautiful and I thought it might have been used to ease back problems associated with pregnancy.
This was a terrible insult to her for which I said it was not my intention and was profoundly sorry. I still have the text. I spoke to her husband on the phone a number of times.....
There is nothing at all wrong with the electricity or the wi fi or the CD player and no, the "decorations" are not from other people. How odd. I lock the front door every night. Push it shut and turn the lock. There is another door down stairs which also locks.
The bbq igniter IS in fact broken as I mentioned to them when they arrived (at 10am!) so I left a lighter for them to use. Yes there is no dryer I use the rooftop - a pain I guess if its continually raining. Its absence is mentioned in the list of appliances.
Presumably they went back to one of the apts in their $50 million project at THE GOLD COAST.
Had a wonderful holiday in this very comfortable and beautifully appointed apartment in the heart of this lovely township. Great place for couples who want to relax and recline on your daybed on the verandah!! Pure Bliss
We loved staying in Toni's beautiful apartment, in the heart of Brunswick Heads. The apartment is clean, stylishly decorated and well-equipped for an extended stay, with a full kitchen, shared washing facilities and plenty of books and magazines. Fantastic natural light and fresh breezes flow through from the spacious verandah, and the beach is only a few minutes away (with an off-leash area for dogs just south of the surf club). Thanks so much Toni, looking forward to staying in your lovely apartment again soon!

I'll let you know when I open up calander next week sometime.
We have just spent 8 nights in Toni’s beautiful apartment. It’s an amazing space, clean, and comfortable. We spent a lot of time sitting on the deck enjoying cheese and wine. Toni has decorated the space beautifully. If you’re after a relaxing break, this apartment will deliver! Thank you Toni for sharing your apartment with us!

Why they chose this property
I think the property is unique and very spacious for two people and full of light.
What makes this property unique
Close to everything here with a rooftop garden which has, arguably, the best view in Brunz. Its great for sunset drinks and a nice place to dine when the wind is right. I spend most of my time up there....
