Nice location and convenient to enjoy time on the lake but to also visit other things Nashville has to offer. Outside of house could use some cleaning but had a great stay overall.

Awesome location, but we were lead to believe that the boat was included. It was very run down and full of spiderwebs. The kitchen cupboards were the worst and it was not well stocked nor did they supply anything over and above the absolute basics. Expensive for what you get!

While we are sorry you misread the description we have never lead anyone to believe a boat is included in the rental of the home. The house was definitely clean and well stocked. There was a broken kitchen cabinet that we addressed. Our prices are definitely very competitive for the number of people in a group of this size to be able to stay together on the lake.

Relaxing but close to everything!

Beautiful location overlooking the lake! We enjoyed sitting on the porch any time of day. Our son had a great time fishing for crappies from the dock. Spent the evenings playing pool. The beds are very comfortable! About 30 minutes from Broadway and the airport so super convenient. Rented the boat from Chip and had a great day on the lake!
