The house was as described and was a great place to stay while visiting friends in the area. Check in was easy and the host very responsive. Would stay again when in the area
Nice to have a host who understands and welcomes pets. This is very important to me and I am sure to other travelers. The property is beautiful and it was nice to have a grassy yard to go barefoot and great for a dog. Most country properties I have stayed in don't have a manicured lawn that is fenced in for furry friends. Loved the "moo moos"...lots of baby cows this time of year.
Short stay but very much enjoyed the property. Owner communicated great throughout and ensured check in and out went smooth. Will stay here again for sure.
We have stayed here twice and both times have been wonderful. We relaxed on the back porch watching the deer and cows graze. Another great vacation where you can truly relax.
We will definitely be back.
Enjoyed our stay in rural Texas, very charming and comfortable guest cottage was perfect for our needs. Easy access, good communication, authentic and friendly ranch style accommodations.
We just stayed one night but really enjoyed our stay. Everything was as described. Wish we had more time to enjoy the relaxing location with no traffic. We would definitely look to stay here again in the future.

cozy
The house was just perfect for our stay over Thanksgiving. We had everything we needed, and the beds were comfy. The fruit and sweet rolls were delicious! Hope to stay again!
We really enjoyed this quite little get away. Only draw back is, it’s a little difficult to find, with all the county roads in the area. Once we found the house, and figured out the road it’s on leads straight to Fayetteville, all was good after that.
