Stella's Beach House with Pool

Stella's Beach House is just ideal for family holiday relaxation. The large rear deck overlooks the landscaped gardens and saltwater pool and is great for for alfresco dining.

The garden is fully enclosed and the pool offers an alternative for swimming if you have small children, or the beach is less than perfect.

Entertaining facilities include a modern, top of the range 5 burner bbq, and complete cook's kitchen with butchers block.

The interiors are tastefully decorated and furnished with comfort in mind. Stella's Beach House has beautiful blackbutt timber floors, a classic beach house ambience and of course a good selection of glassware, candles and serving platters for those long evening meals on the deck.

This cottage has been designed for comfortable summers and cosy winters. There are fans in every room and there is a reverse cycle air conditioner that flows through the entire cottage.

Sympathetically renovated, Stella's still retains all the original beach house character.

Something for Everyone

Whether you are a couple on a short getaway, a group of good friends having a reunion or three generations of the one family on holidays, Stella's place has it all. It comfortably sleeps six adults or four adults and four children.

Accommodation includes a queen size bed with large en-suite/main bathroom, a double bed with combined en-suite bathroom & laundry and a third bedroom with four single low bunk beds - perfect for children.

There is a comfortable lounge room with a large TV (OPTUS Fetch TV included) and a separate dining room. However most visitors spend the majority of their time on the large entertaining deck over-looking the garden and pool.

So Much to Enjoy in Patonga

You will begin to relax as you wind down the hill into the pretty village of Patonga surrounded by water on all sides.

The beach with tranquil waters is ideal for swimming or a pleasant stroll. Your dog will enjoy the freedom of running off leash on the approved dog friendly beach. Patonga creek will appeal to the angler and those who enjoy boating or canoeing.

There are bush walks with wonderful views, a tennis court, a children's’ playground and the ferry to Palm Beach. A quick drive will take you to Pearl Beach, Umina or Ettalong where there are plenty of restaurants, the movies and the Ettalong markets.

However there is definitely something pretty special about sitting in the Winter sun or Summer twilight, with a glass of wine and million dollar view at the Patonga Beach Hotel!

Relaxing Beachside Getaway

A great spot! The house was very comfortable and in a perfect location only a few minutes walk from the Boathouse Hotel and the beach. Highly recommended for a relaxing few days away.

Most relaxing getaway

From the moment we arrived we relaxed. All information from host Katrina was spot on, the back verandah was our haven for the week, frequent dips in the pool, and great beach walks with our pups, our teens chilled, so a great family holiday for us all.

Relaxing getaway

The perfect weekend escape - Patonga has a lovely laid-back feel and Katrina is a first-rate host. Stella's Beach House is in a great location, just a short stroll to the Boathouse Hotel and waterfront. We spent most of our time relaxing on the huge back veranda enjoying the gorgeous weather.

Fabulous stay

We have just returned from 3 fabulous nights at Stella's Beach House. The house is in a great location, has a lovely feel to it and has absolutely everything you could think of needing. Our stay felt so much longer as we immediately relaxed. Katrina is a fabulous host - her communication and organisation is first class.

Wonderful short break

A quirky place as well-described by the owner. The kitchen is very well appointed. Most enjoyable moment was sitting out on the back deck on a warm Spring day. It got very busy around the area due to a major 'fun run', so very limited parking available.

Fantastic place to stay

My brother and I had a great little trip away. The house is amazing! Its very clean and beautifully furnished. Its equiped with everything you could possibly need. The location is beautiful and we felt very comfortable and relaxed. Thanks Katrina for your excellent communication and making our stay so memorable. Highly recommend this property we will be back again and hopefully have some better weather to enjoy the pool more.

Beautiful Cottage in a Stunning Location

We had the most wonderful stay at Stella's Beach House. Everything was wonderful. From the excellent secure fencing for our 2 cavoodle dogs, to the extremely well equipped kitchen where we were even provided a few staples for cooking as well as a coffee machine! The TV had endless options for streaming on a rainy day, and there were books, games and even a small plunge pool in the backyard. The location was excellent - just a short flat stroll to the Boat House Hotel, and beach. We loved it!

Lovely Patonga Getaway

So close to the beach and the Patonga Boathouse pub (I think I counted 550 steps!). Huge master bedroom and a good size second bedroom. The kids loved the third room with the 4 bunk beds. Our host, Katrina, was very accommodating and we were lucky enough to be able to check in early on the Friday and checkout late on the Sunday. That was much appreciated. Thank You.

We had a great little family escape holiday in Patonga staying at the lovely “Stella’s” beach cottage and were looked after wonderfully by our super kind & friendly host Katrina who was proactive with helpful info and also responsive to any of our own queries or requests. Totally recommend 👍👍

Family time

My family and I had a wonderful time staying a few days at Stella's Beach House. Very well set up for a family, comfortable, the kitchen is well equip, the out door area was great. We walked everywhere, we did not have to get in the car for the entire time we stayed. I would not hesitate in recommending Stella's Beach House to friends. Great for a relaxing getaway!

A few friends and I stayed at Stella’s Beach house in Patonga and really enjoyed our time! The house was well equipped with a few essentials although we did bring/buy a lot of our own. The location was really great as we were only a couple of minutes walk from both the beach and The Boathouse which was really convenient. I definitely recommend this stay for anyone looking for a peaceful getaway in a secluded area! The host, Katrina, maintained great communication with us and answered all of my questions!

Cosy cottage

We had a lovely weekend at Stella's Beach House. A cosy comfy cottage. Katrina was very responsive to all my questions, responding same day. The kids had a lovely time in the pool and the adults a great time sitting on the deck. The house was clean and tidy, comfy beds and lots of toys & games for the kids. We will definitely be back!

Great spot in Patonga

We love Patonga! Stella’s is centrally located. Love that we could unload relax on the back deck and then just stroll to the beach, wharf, creek and The Boat House for drinks and a bite to eat. Also only a Jew mins to Umina shopping. Awesome location. Neat and tidy cosy home. Thank you Katrina.
