Starboard Village 411 is a beautiful corner three-bedroom, three-bath condo that sits directly on Pensacola Beach overlooking the Gulf. When you enter this recently updated condo, you’ll notice the stunning tile flooring throughout, panoramic gulf views, a Smart TV in the living room, and a fully equipped kitchen. The glass sliders open out to the spacious beachfront balcony with comfortable furniture for those sunrises and sunsets! The dining table seats 6 and is positioned for you to enjoy the views of the beach in addition to 5 barstool seats on the kitchen bar and the stand-alone bar. You’ll find the beachfront king master suite with a Smart TV that includes an updated bathroom featuring dual vessel sinks and a walk-in shower with a bench. There are two other king bedrooms with Smart TV and en suite bathrooms, plus a sleeper sofa in the living room. Enjoy the convenience of an in-unit washer and dryer and free WiFi. Starboard Village is a low-rise beach front complex situated on the dune line of the Gulf of Mexico in Pensacola Beach and has only 33 individual units. The ground floor has a one or two car garage. There is a community pool and sundeck centrally located on the property near the gulf. Enjoy the paved bike trails, hop on the seasonal beach trolley or the Pensacola Ferry System to explore. You will love being beach front and close to Peg Leg Pete’s seafood restaurant. Discover why guests return to Starboard Village year after year!

Location is amazing! This was our third time here! Overall the cleanliness was good, however we did see a dirty white towel behind the couch (not ours) and a piece or two of clothing between the washer and wall (also not ours). Otherwise it was a wonderful stay!

Had a great time here with some friends for a long weekend! The condo was clean and obviously well cared for. The balconies (yes, plural!) were gorgeous, while also feeling very private and spacious. One shower had an issue with the sliding glass doors having derailed, but management was prompt to respond despite it being an after hours message. We will be keeping this gem in mind for our future trips!

All of the 3 king beds were not real comfortable and 1 bed was actually broken (left of kitchen). We were able to temporarily prop it back up as it appears someone had done before. The water heater is too small for multiple showers after beach time (several cold showers). The bathroom fixtures need replaced. We made a list of what was damaged when we got there so I could send you repair list if needed. That being said the location is fantastic, nice common area and kitchen.

Great location on Pensacola Beach

Perfect location while in town to visit family. Beautiful property. Very well maintained. Lots of room! And not too far from downtown PNS. There was construction going on in the development. So there was some of that noise/activity, but they didn’t start too early, and they wrapped up at 5. I would stay here again.

Excellent Location

The location of the condo was amazing! Steps away from the beautiful beach. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook breakfast, eat snacks and have coffee in the morning. Would have liked to have more plastic glassware to use out on the patio. Overall, excellent rental for us and our grownup kids.

We originally booked at Starboard Village. Glass in door was broken and splintering. We were moved to the new location. We absolutely loved it! Will definately book again next year!

Beach and Bathrooms

There were 2 couples and my mother staying and we were all very happy to have our own bathrooms. Also balcony plus easy beach access across the boardwalk. On the day we were supposed to check out the offered us and extra day for a minimal price since they didn’t have another renter that day and we stayed an extra day. Lovely time, thanks!
