New bathroom with walk in shower and separate bath.
Full kitchen and laundry facilities. Open plan kitchen living, kitchen with gas cook top electric oven, dish draw full size fridge. Full compliment of pots n pans. Laundry with washer & dryer.
Free SUPERFAST Wi-Fi (provided by GigCity network)
Luxury leather couch and Dodo Fetch TV in living room.
Lovely private outdoor area with electric BBQ.
Only minutes walk to supermarket, cafés and hotels. Quiet and private.
24 hour laundry service available Monday to Friday( excluding holiday season).

A $200 pre authorised bond is required before check-in. This is in the event of any accidental damages or breakages, extra cleaning fees, late check out or extra guests. This can be by either cash or a valid credit card guarantee. The money will only be accessed in case of the above events occurring.

Great Place top location

This place is well located, a short walk to the CBD. Great coffee around the corner. The place is well appointed and clean. Thoughtful additions as well. Would def stay here again.

Great stay

Comfy modern property, clean and well equipped. Secure parking was great (garage). My fault that I didn’t read past ‘2 bathrooms’ as there is a bath/shower room and separate toilet room - I was expecting an en-suite and separate bathroom (info did explain the setup but I didn’t note it). Mt Gambier is a great location for a holiday - plenty of activities (caves, sinkholes, diving and sightseeing). Can recommend both the location and accommodation.

Mount Gambier stay

We thoroughly appreciated all aspects of the property. It was comfortable, clean and provided for all our needs. Decor was clean and modern, as was appliances and provisions. Close to shops and places of interest in the Mount. It was a lovely peaceful week here.

Very clean, great location

We were a family of four travelling with a car and spent 5 nights. Very convenient location (for driving out of or into Mount Gambier), quiet, well-equipped, comfortable. The garage was useful.

Lovely home for Mt Gambier visit

Home is lovely. Fully equipped with everything you could need. Spotlessly clean and well laid out with quality fittings. We were very impressed and will use again next time we visit Mt Gambier.

Excellent property!

We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 night stay at City One Apartment in Mt Gambier, thanks to Carol for providing plenty of info prior to our arrival. The unit is in a great location, close enough to the town but away from the highway and is set up with quality fittings and linen. The kitchen is very well equipped, making you feel right at home. There is plenty of room to move, ample parking and the double garage was very welcome as it poured rain on arrival. We will return for a longer stay.
