"Christine was awesome and so understanding every time we spoke with her. Her property is a must for anyone who wants to unwind and enjoy peace and nature. Everything about the property speaks love and care that has gone into keeping it the way it is. Will not only be visiting again very soon but will definitely be telling all our friends and family too about this beautiful farm."
"Christine was a fantastic host. The place is magical, would highly recommend"
"Highly recommend this place. I stayed here the night before my wedding with my bridesmaids. Perfect views to wake up to & get photos in front of. The house was amazing!"
"Great place to unwind for a few days! Beautiful property and short trip up to Wollombi and the Hunter. Highly recommend!"
"There are so many positive things to say about this property. We absolutely loved our stay at Cedar Tree Farm. The property is breathtakingly beautiful. The house itself is nicely done ( better than the pics ) and comfortable to stay in. If you are looking for tranquillity and some time out in nature I would highly recommend this property. Christine was a fantastic host quick to respond and very accommodating. "
"What a fantastic secluded property! Our children loved running around the property and exploring we even saw a platypus down at the creek. The house is set up well and Christine responds very quickly to any questions or requests."
"Beautiful place. We recently had a baby and this was our first with our little one. The place has all the amenities that you need. Bathroom even had a changing table for the baby. 😃 We were given clear instructions for everything by Christine. And communication with her was amazing. Will definitely consider staying here again."
"An absolutely dream of a getaway. We were stranded without power just before Christmas after a freak Storm hit the northern beaches. We booked Christine's Airbnb and were very concerned Christmas was not going to be the same. Christine's house made our Christmas the best ever. The views, the stars, the animals. It was pure peace and tranquility. We loved every minute."
"Fantastic place to stay with some mates for a weekend bike riding trip. Thanks for having us. Would highly recommend."
"We are a regular Airbnb travellers and would rate Christine’s place is one of the nicest, best located, and real perfect place of all the places we have stayed with my family. The place was very clean, modern, had everything we needed to feel at home, and was an easy walk to all the sites we wanted to see, especially beautiful mountains, rivers and forest. Communication was great too. We would highly recommend this wonderful house. Especially my little boy(6months old) he was very happy and comfortable in this house. Highly recommend. I will come back and stay again🙏🏼😘😭"
"Truely the most amazing property I’ve ever stayed at. The pictures don’t do it justice, it was peaceful, serene and surrounded by nature entirely disconnected from the works around it. It was by far the most relaxing airbnb I’ve ever stayed at, couldn’t see another building or hear a neighbour.. The walks up the country road and the fresh air we’re the stuff of dreams. We saw roadrunners, turtles, bush turkeys, cows, horses and also found the wombat burrow but sadly he wasn’t home. 5/5 stars I will be back."
"Perfect stay for a getaway off the grid, not too far from home. Our family (& dog) loved being completely surrounded by the view and sounds of nature. The home is very spacious and comfortable for lounging. We spent our days exploring the property (olive grove, creek and wombat holes), greeting neighboring animals, morning walks through tree lined streets, lunching on the patio, playing croquet and migrating from the outdoor to indoor fire. Thanks Christine!"
"Very peaceful location with lovely walks but also within 30 minutes of a range of activities. House is very clean and well equipped, beds super comfy. We loved having the cows in the front paddock to keep us amused and the pool table kept us busy on the rainy days. Christine is extremely helpful and quick to respond to queries. "
"Just returned from a wonderful week at Cedar Brush Farm. The children adored the freedom of the paddocks, creek, meandering with the cows and horses. Were fortunate to enjoy a few days at some of the best Central Coast beaches, returning to the serenity of the farm to toast marshmellows and stargazing. Best holiday ever!"
"Cedar Tree Farm is a hidden gem. A beautiful little farm house tucked away down a gorgeous valley only 90 mins from Sydney. Christine is an excellent host, beautiful little touches, easy check in and had a spare high chair and cot when we forgot our own. Waking up to misty mornings, cows in the paddock and long walks. The perfect escape! Will be back again. "
"What a hidden gem! This place is stunning. Comfortable, clean and well appointed. Our whole family, including Doug (the dog), enjoyed our escape to the country. The verandah is fabulous, wrapping around with 360 degree views. Beds are very comfortable, the lounge is large and cosy and the kitchen is fully equipped. We are looking forward to going back someday. "
"Beautiful house and property! We had a lovely weekend escape with friends and our pups. Christine's house has everything you could need for long lunches and lazy afternoons on the porch. We can't wait to go back! " "Had a wonderful stay here-beautifully provisioned- we had such a happy time- what a beautiful part of the world!"

Loved our stay
Definitely recommend!!
Just had a wonderful three days away at Cedar brush creek.
Lovely log open fire made it very cosy as the weather was pretty cold!
Fantastic property to just chill and unwind!
Really enjoyed our stay!
Gosh we just loved our stay at Cedar Farm - it was just what our busy family of five needed and even though we stayed for one night - we felt like it was an entire weekend. The separate granny flat was just divine - beautifully fit-out and white-washed with a freestanding bath that was every one of our family members had a soak in. The kitche was well equipped and we baked a cake and it was great to have ketchup, mustards, olive oil etc.. all these ready to go as sometimes places do not have these essentials. The firepit was a highlight - and there was enough wood and kindling ready to go. The kids ran around the fields and the creek - balancing on fallen trees and looking for wombats. The deck had a beautiful vista and comfy leather sofas to have a nap on as well as a daybed outside. Only 90 mins from Sydney was brilliant too - as not too far away. The bedding was excellent as well - comfy linen and pillows. We just loved all of it and will be back again for sure. Alison

Thank you Danish for the terrific feedback. We look forward to hosting you again.
Our family had a wonderful experience at this tranquil and well equipped property. The peaceful secluded location is the perfect antidote to busy city life. The kids thoroughly enjoyed exploring the creek and paddocks and stargazing by the firepit at night. We're just sorry we didn't get time to explore a little further. Thanks Christine for everything, we had a wonderful time.

This property was well beyond expectation. The house and property itself is gorgeous and so well maintained, spacious and extremely comfortable. The cleanliness was very appreciated.
Christine was very easy to deal with and everything was so smooth.
There are beautiful walks surrounding the property and the quietness was appreciated coming out of Sydney.
This is really an outstanding stay and we will definately be back.

Thank you Sophie and we hope to welcome you again soon.
Lovely spot just out of Sydney. We were delighted to see 4 wombats, meet cows, see deer and beautiful bird life , it made our stay. A beautiful spot for a weekend/long weekend for a family/couples keen to stay put and just enjoy surroundings and at house games and activities. Did walks round area and did visit Glenworth valley as we had teenagers but I think it is suited for younger families. Wifi, heating, fire and beds are all perfect.
Gorgeous location and excellent host

Fantastic home for a country escape.
This was the ideal property for a weekend getaway to the country. To celebrate a birthday I headed to Christine's wonderful home with a few close friends. The house had everything we needed and Christine was the perfect host - warm, efficient and clear communication in the lead up to the stay. We spent the afternoon walking around the area and returned to the house to snuggle by the fire and cook. The house is very well equipped and had everything we needed. Our only regret is that we could not stay longer. We'll certainly be back!

Thank you Shane we are glad you enjoyed the house and surrounds. It’s a very special place and we hope you and your friends return very soon. Best wishes
Christine :)
Excellent bedding and well equipped kitchen with green grass and trees as far as the eyes can see. We got to see cows walking/running past the paddock outside our windows on the last day. Love watching stars at night, fire pit and using the torch to see the nocturnal animals when it is pitch dark. The boys enjoyed playing pool in the games room. Though there is only 1 bathroom, the toilet and shower are separated, so it was still manageable with 8 ppl. Thanks for a wonderful time Christine!
Had the most amazing weekend at Cedar Brush Creek. It was everything we wanted plus more! The home was immaculate and clean, equipped with more than we needed. Sitting by the fireplace at night was just so relaxing and magical. We were lucky enough to see a calf born during our stay! It was just beautiful. Highly recommend a stay at this beautiful home. You will not be disappointed! Well done Christine on such a wonderful perfectly kept home 🏡. Loved our stay.
We had a great weekend here. Felt like we were in the middle of the country barely an hour out of town. The property was excellent with everything you could possibly want. And the owner was brilliant responding very quickly online to any questions.
Wow - rolling green hills and winding country lanes. The location is amazing. We loved our stay. The house was just perfect and the kids and adults had a wonderful time exploring.
A lovely house with a big open plan kitchen/living room, fireplace, verandah and lovely views. It was so quiet and peaceful and there are good walks nearby. We will be back
It was a lovely place and very well kept will stay again.

We are city slickers who love to get away on weekends. Arriving in Yarramalong Valley less than 1 hour from Sydney is incredible every time because it is so different from the city! It's wall to wall green, trees, cows, horses, orchards, pretty country lanes and fences. It's everything that's best about the country yet so close! Check out our Instagram: @cedartreefarm
Why they chose this property
We fell in love with the Olive Grove. This 300 tree grove is meditative and pretty and perfect for a stroll or to just lose yourself. We also fell in love with the perfect north-easterly aspect of the house and the vista from the balcony over the valley. From there we can see the pretty birdbath and the cute stile, and when we feel the energy we use the stile to climb over our fence into our front paddock and go for a stroll along the creek looking out for platypus and birdlife. Country strolls just outside our gate and for the more energetic.. The Great North Walk goes right past our gate on the way to The Basin. We have 9 wombat holes and each has a sign with the wombats name on it. Take the Wombat Ramble and see if you can find all 9 of them.. Elvis, Buffy, Fluffy, Sachin, Groucho, Hairy, Fred and Bart! Take the Olive Grove Wander is lose yourself in this 300 tree meditative space. Or take the Paddock Plunder and see how many cows you can spot, and if the cows have gone to market just wander down the road to see horses, goats and geese on neighbouring farms.
What makes this property unique
We have the best Hamptons style house and best view in the Valley right from our front balcony! There is every amenity for your comfort inside the house including hammock to lie on the balcony, huge fireplace in the lounge room, Smeg appliances. A games room in which to play darts, a beautiful billiard table, and putt putt golf. Being north-easterly we get sun all day and you will never want to leave once you settle into our daybed. Ducted heating and air conditioning and heating keep you comfortable all year around.
