Billila is a spacious modern house with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 living areas - ideal for families with the two-storey configuration, and perfect for kids to entertain themselves in their own space.

Located a short 250m walk to pristine Hayborough beach, and conveniently located half way between gorgeous Port Elliot and vibrant Victor Harbor.

There's plenty of room for the kids in the downstairs lounge room, complete with children's DVDs, books and games, while the adults can enjoy the upstairs lounge and large timber balcony which boasts views towards Port Elliot and Young Husband Peninsula.

There are nearby bike and walking tracks along the foreshore and safe swimming beaches, while the kids will love watching the famous Cockle Train steam by.

The house has ducted reverse cycle heating and cooling, and parking for three cars.

Fabulous family holiday

Excellent holiday house for our family with three children. Fantastic location right near the beach. Great spaces throughout the house with all the amenities needed. Jayne was a wonderful host and I can recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing break.

Sehr schönes, geräumiges Haus. Strand zu Fuß in ca. 10 min erreichbar. Ruhige Lage in Ferienhaussiedlung. Ansonsten alles wie im Inserat beschrieben. Wonderful family time

Both parents and children had a wonderful family time staying at Billila. It was perfectly located for swims at the beach, rides in the morning to Pt Elliot for breakfast, drinks on the balcony at sunset and fun board games after dinner. It was a special family time full of great memories for everyone. Looking forward to coming again.

An excellent house for a family holiday. Upstairs layout very good and separate downstairs living area also useful. Well laid out and appointed kitchen. Short walk to the lovely beach at Oliver's Reef and right on the Encounter Bay bikeway. Only downside was that house and utensils could have been cleaner when we arrived - bbq was especially greasy and some of the burners were not in the best condition. Otherwise we had a great time in this excellent house and location.

Great beach with small surf for safe family swimming. Great walk to Victor and walk to Pt Elliot is a little longer but achievable. Home is well suited to family holiday. Loved balcony and sea views. Really enjoyed our stay. A Christmas the grandchildren will never forget. Thank you!

Hayborough 2019

This house is in a great location, near a lovely beach and close to a supermarket and convenience store. Victor Harbor has lots to offer, as do the nearby towns of Mt Compass, Middleton, Port Elliot and Goolwa. The house was perfect for two families of 5, with plenty of beds, family areas and spots to squirrel off for a little solitude. The house is in very good condition, all the mod cons, including bathrooms and great kitchen/dining/family room, and easy to keep clean. We had a lovely stay and all agreed that we would happily return.

Lovely House Close to the Beach.

We stayed here for 4 days over Christmas 2018. 8 Adults, 2 Children/Baby (5 yrs, 18 mths and 8 mths). Was plenty of room for all of us (4 of the adults slept in single beds which were perfectly comfortable). 2 comfortable living/lounging areas, could sit outside on the upstairs deck (and enjoy the lovely ocean view) or downstairs in the entertainment area, and there was a lovely lawned areas for the kids to run around. Everyone had their own space. It is a 2 minute walk to the beach and the service station which was handy for emergency supplies. The local shopping center was a short drive. The kitchen was also well-equipped. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend!
