We didn't have a pet. Well stocked home. Floors need to be washed. Ensuite shower leaking.Oven door doesn't close property.Fridge not cooling properly. Couldn't access free to air on main TV

Hi Shelly, Thank you for your feedback. I apologise for the delay in replying as other people have been in the house so I couldn't check on the things you mentioned. I placed a thermometer in the fridge which went down to 3 degrees so it seems to be fine. There is a temperature gauge at the back of the fridge and the freezer for adjustments. I also checked the oven door and thought that was closing fine as well. I checked the TV this morning it wasn't connected to the wifi so I couldn't get 7 plus etc but I could get free to air TV. It is connected now. You can always call the real estate at any time with any issues as we always want our guests to enjoy their stay. We thank you again for letting us know about the issues and look forward to seeing you again.

Beautiful cottage close to town and to see the magic autumn colour close by

Warm cottage, very clean and heaps of room with large back yard for your fury loved ones.. highly recommend

A fantastic family home

We really enjoyed our stay at the clean and well equipped Sapphire Cottage. Newly renovated and so well supplied with kitchen utensils and crockery. Clean and spacious .. ideal for a family with lovely touches likes DVDs and board Games.
