Beautiful Gourmet Kitchen W/Granite counters, 9' Granite Island, high end appliances. Two Beautiful see through fireplaces, unique Loft area overlooking the large Great room W/Beautiful hardwood floors! Loft has 2 sofa sleepers, 2 Slip Dock with swim platform and ladder.

Lower level has 1 Master bedroom with private bath, 1 King size bedroom, 1 bunk room with 2 bunks twin over full, two full baths, Large Great/Family Room with 2nd Kitchen and Wet Bar, lily pad, swim noodles. Great location at the 1 MM of the Niangua by water and just off of Highway 5. The road is paved all the way to the front door. Great location by land or water to all your favorite restaurants like Larry's on The Lake, The Fish and Company, Naughty Fish, Captain Ron's, The Cave. Several golf courses Several full service marinas near by for boat and Jet Ski rentals.

Beautiful clean house. Favorite area was the kitchen. It had everything you could imagine. Only complaint is parking is minimal so if you are bringing a boat you need to make arrangements for your trailer. We had a great time and would definitely go back!

Great multiple family location for lakefront vacation

House is extremely nice with everything you needed there with kitchen conveniences, etc. Could do a little deeper cleaning (spiders, dead bugs, etc.) but was in general pretty good condition. The boat slips were very convenient for renting boats and wave runners from Pirate Pete's.

Reunion at the lake

Place was beautiful. We had a family reunion with 16 people of all ages. Having the dock and water access was a big hit with everyone. LeOnna was great to work with and the place was well stocked with most of the necessities. Many thanks for a great week.

Family getaway retreat

Great location and accomadations for family get together. Enjoyed fishing, swimming, boating and jet skiing on the lake. Weekends definitely got busier on the lake. Property manager was very accomadating and helpful. Sunrise with coffee on the balcony overlloking the lake was a favorite moment to start each day.

Wonderful Vacation

Property was as advertised. Wonderful house with all the amenities needed. The kitchen is awesome with top of the line appliances and well stocked with all the essentials needed to prepare your meals. The property manager was the best we had on the numerous home we rented.

Family Vacation 2021

We had a great family vacation in your home. This home is beautifully decorated throughout. The kitchen is VERY well stocked with all the pans, bowls and utensils needed! The dock needs a bit of TLC and it would be nice to have some seating on the dock available as well. All in all - a great place for our large group!

Camdenton Sweetspot

The Holliday's home and hospitality made for an amazing vacation for our family group of 13 people! Everything you could want for a week on the lake! The communication was the best I've experienced when renting through VRBO. Kind, direct and simple! Plenty of room for everyone, and the game tables were a big hit after dark. We would definitely stay again, and hope to do so next summer!
