Fantastic location - couldn’t get more central. The apartment is very basic - but the price reflects this. Only issue we had, is that the VRBO advert does not mention anywhere that you need to bring your own towels and bedding.. so we turned up without any. We then had to hire laundry for an additional 80. I would have expected the host to have supported us with this, as I had evidence that it was not communicated to us on the advert or anywhere else.Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Excellent location, and perfect for friends skiing for a week

The apartment was very clean and in a perfect location for skiing and evening nightlife as its so central. The caretaker was excellent, however didnt speak to much English, but was easy to understand and friendly. Theres a double room downstairs, and a double room with two singles in a third joint room upstairs. Ski locer downstairs easily held 3 pairs of skis and a snowboard. Perfect accommodation for a group of friends, or a single family. Small, but no less that whats needed.

Great location be open minded

Great location, free underground parking is a bonus, height was fine for a Toyota Hilux and you can drop off luggage for half an hour at the roundabout adjacent the block. We were six adults and it is "cosy", the table has leaf extensions both ends so could all sit to eat. Balcony both sides, the one at the entrance has a box to store walking boots etc. Stairs are narrow with no hand rail and space upstairs is cramped as others have observed. The lack of door on the double room up there must be because it otherwise has no window but I fail to grasp why it also has a gap in the wall, we pinned a towel across it. Linen and towels aren't included (although the owner supplies flimsy paper like protectors) we organised through Val Linge who were very efficient and delivered/collected. Would definitely book again, it would certainly suit young families with a couple of children.

Excellent emplacement hyper central et porche des pistes (beaucoup de neige cette annĂ©e donc c'Ă©tait mĂȘme un retour ski au pied devant la porte d'entrĂ©e). L appartient n'est pas immense mais en mĂȘme temps on est au ski et les m2 sont comptĂ©s, en tout cas excellent rapport qualitĂ© prix. Et le concierge qui s'en occupe est trĂšs rĂ©actif aux messages et tout le temps dispo pour les arrivĂ©es/dĂ©part. Je ne peux que conseiller cet appart.

SĂ©jour en famille

Appartement vieillissant mais bien situĂ© dans le centre de Val d'isĂšre. Il est regrettable de devoir aller Ă  la pĂȘche aux informations concernant l arrivĂ©e et les services liĂ©s au logement.L accĂšs Ă  l'Ă©tage est un peu acrobatique. Appartement prĂ©vu pour 6 avec seulement 2 verres Ă  pieds. Chaises cassĂ©es ou Ă  3 pieds et les restantes sont inconfortables. Nous avons dĂ» demander au gardien 2 chaises de prĂȘt. Le propriĂ©taire nous a indiquĂ© que nous Ă©tions en fin de saison, dommage pour les derniers mais je crois que le propriĂ©taire etait dĂ©jĂ  au fait de l 'etat des chaises par exemple. Voir aussi lunette des toilettes. Le parking est trĂšs apprĂ©ciable et dans l'ensemble l appartement est bien Ă©quipĂ©.

Excellent séjour

Un grand merci, nous avons passé une semaine merveilleuse dans ce petit studio idéalement situé. L'appartement est petit mais parfaitement optimisé et trÚs agréable pour nous 5. L'acces a été tres facile, le parking pour la voiture tres utile bref un grand merci de nous avoir permis de skier dans ces conditions! Nous reviendrons avec plaisir!

Logement parfait et idéalement situé !

De l’accueil lors de notre arrivĂ©e jusqu’à notre dĂ©part, tout s’est parfaitement dĂ©roulĂ©, avec professionnalisme, simplicitĂ© et dans un climat chaleureux et dĂ©tendu. Le logement est charmant et permet Ă  chacun d’avoir son espace. Il est surtout idĂ©alement situĂ©, au pied des pistes de ski et au cƓur de toutes les commoditĂ©s de la station (office du tourisme, bureau ESF, crĂȘperie, centre Aqua sportif 
). La vue est Ă©galement particuliĂšrement apprĂ©ciable. Rapport qualitĂ© / prix imbattable au vu de l’emplacement ! L’accĂšs au parking (inclus) nous a en outre permis de stationner notre vĂ©hicule lors de notre arrivĂ©e puis de l’oublier jusqu’à notre dĂ©part. Nous reviendrons sans aucun doute !

Appartement bien situĂ© au cƓur de la station et accueil chaleureux. L'appartement, situĂ© au 4eme d'une petite rĂ©sidence, est un peu vieillot et mĂ©riterait une rĂ©fection notamment en terme d'Ă©lectricitĂ©. Ces 2 balcons sont trĂšs apprĂ©ciables.

Perfekte Lage

Fast direkt am Fuß der Pisten/Front neige in Val d'IsĂšre. GeschĂ€fte und BĂ€ckerei gleich am Haus weniger als 50m. Einfach und nicht mehr ganz neu aber alles funktioniert. Kontakt mit dem Vermieter meist ausgezeichnet ĂŒber App oder Mail.

Da wir schon einmal dort waren, wussten wir was uns erwartet. Die Unterkunft hat unseren Erwartungen recht gut entsprochen. Die Lage ist fĂŒr Skifahrer perfekt. Abends ist unten am Platz Apres Ski bis spĂ€t in die Nacht.

Vacances en famille (5 personnes)

Nous avons sĂ©journĂ© du 12 au 20 aoĂ»t 2023 dans l'appartement situĂ© au 4⁰ Ă©tage (avec ascenseur) d'une residence situĂ©e au cƓur de Val d'IsĂšre. Nous avons Ă©tĂ© accueillis par Laurent CLÉMENT qui nous a tout trĂšs bien expliquĂ© en concertation avec M. CARRIOU. Propre et spacieux avec une terrasse et une loggia oĂč nous avons pris un ou deux repas cet appartement est trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©. La literie est de bonne qualitĂ© pour se reposer aprĂšs une bonne journĂ©e de randonnĂ©e (couettes et couvertures). Deux lits en 140x190 et deux lits en 80x190. Si besoin, un canapĂ© lit et prĂ©sent dans la piĂšce principale. Un grand rĂ©frigĂ©rateur permet de stocker les produits locaux avant le depart. La localisation est idĂ©ale, Boulangerie, Fromagerie, Bars, Restaurants au pied de la rĂ©sidence et accĂšs aux tĂ©lĂ©phĂ©riques du Solaise et Olympique Ă  la 100 mĂštres. Une carte (fournie) vous permet d'accĂ©der au parking sĂ©curisĂ© en sous-sol Ă  50 mĂštres de l'appartement. MĂȘmes les animations sur la place du dessous ne s'entendent pas avec les fenĂȘtres fermĂ©es. J'insiste sur la gentillesse des interlocuteurs M.CARRIOU et M. CLÉMENT qui sont restĂ©s disponibles et Ă  l'Ă©coute avant, durant et au dĂ©part de notre sĂ©jour. Enfin pour des raisons mĂ©dicales, le propriĂ©taire m'a permis de rester une nuit supplĂ©mentaire, me permettant ainsi de partir sereinement aprĂšs les gros dĂ©parts du samedi avec mon Ă©pouse hospitalisĂ©e (plĂątrĂ©e). Nous reviendrons assurĂ©ment l'annĂ©e prochaine. Michel RAMIREZ

excellente situation

petit appartement sympathique. 1 belle chambre et une mezzanine basse de plafond ainsi qu'une autre chambre trÚs basse de plafond. Le concierge est sympathique et disponible. Propriétaire trÚs réactif. Une belle semaine pour nous.

Val d’Isùre prùs des pistes et des commerces.

Une location plein centre de Val d’IsĂšre et prĂšs des pistes pour une semaine sportives. L’appartement de Michel Ă©tait conforme Ă  sa description et trĂšs appropriĂ©e pour une famille de 4 Ă  6 personnes. Nous comptons rĂ©server de nouveau, c’est dire!

Nous avons passĂ© de bonnes vacances. l'appartement est bien conçu, trĂšs propre et trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©. Il est trĂšs bien placĂ© au centre ville (Ă  cĂŽtĂ© des bars), ce qui ne nous a pas gĂȘnĂ©s, et proche des pistes. Nous avons apprĂ©ciĂ© l'accueil de la concierge qui nous a guidĂ©s jusqu'Ă  l'appartement. Attention, trĂšs peu de place Ă  proximitĂ© pour dĂ©charger la voiture car zone piĂ©tonne. se garer vers la poste pour dĂ©charger.

Prima appartement voor zomervakantie midden in Val d'Isere

Na wat problemen met Google Maps na telefonisch contact prima begeleid naar appartement door vertegenwoordiger agentschap. Hij was erg behulpzaam bij het uitladen van de bagage en parkeren van de auto in de centrale garage van het dorp. Prima appartement in gezellige buurt. Fietsen konden veilig mee naar boven op het balkon. Goed vertrekpunt voor wandelen en fietsen in het hooggebergte. We zouden graag vorder wintersport terugkomen maar appartementje blijkt helaas al bezet.
