Excellent location. Walking distance to old town, harbor, restaurants. Air conditioning was great. Lots of space for 6 adults. Very well appointed. There are several flights of stairs but we did it without a problem.

A nice place to stay near the palace and walking distance to swimming beaches. Stocked with lots of interesting art. A little hard to find and there are 4 flights of stairs!

The location was fantastic being in the Old Town and so close to the markets. We enjoyed having more space. Just note that you need to take your luggage up good three flights of stairs so hopefully your bags aren’t too heavy and people you are travelling with can do stairs.

Great apartment for a large family

My wife and I stayed with my parents and two teenaged daughters. The apartment was fantastic and well equipped with everything we needed. Our host were extremely friendly and helped us out with ideas for places to visit nearby. I would highly recommend!

Great Place for Exploring Diocletian's Palace

We were a rather big group arriving for a boat charter. We arrived a bit early and the property owner had her Dad (Rino, who lives next door) let us in to drop our bags while we explored Split. Lots of interesting stuff (furniture, piano, boat models) in the place, and everything was spotless.The place is super close to Diocletian's Palace and Rino was super helpful with information about Split.

Charming and unique apartment close to Old Town Split, very conveniently fitted-out for a larger group, and in a nice quiet courtyard. We had an issues with our Expedia booking not passing through host details so were missing check in instructions, but we were able to sort it

Old World Charmer

We just stayed in this amazing apartment for five nights and had the best time with our group of six! The layout was perfect and the living room balcony had a beautiful view of the rooftops and ocean! The kitchen was huge and was the perfect gathering spot for breakfast and for planning out our day. The location is just a short walk to Diocletian’s palace, the local outdoor market, and the Riva! We walked to a nice beach as well, just past the ferry port.The hosts were lovely and were there to meet us with the key and to give us the rundown on how to use everything in the apartment. I look forward to coming back for another trip because we didn’t make it to any of the islands and would definitely stay here again!

Gary B never stayed at our apartment. When he came in the apartment his problem was that we didn't have an elevator. On the day of their arrival they asked if I had an elevator and I said no, we are located in historical part of Split in stone building buit in1891, and it is under protection. Then they asked another apartment, but we rent and have one apartment. This everything was going on on the day of their arrival even dough he have booked moths before and could have contacted me and possibly cancel their reservation. But instead they we very rude towards my father and required him to return him money even when he explained that we haven't recieved money we suposed to and told him to contact Vrbo support.

Great Location and Stay

7 of us stayed here for 4 days in June 2024. Location was great. 5 minute walk to lots of restaurants, bakeries, and the main area. Apartment was very clean. I would stay here again but a few things to note: There is not AC in every bedroom. Lots of antiques and random items in apartment which means less place for storage. One of the bathrooms was smaller than a cruise ship bathroom. Its on the 4th floor and hard to find for the first time with luggage. While some of these are negatives, it also meant it was a very unique apartment and had a charm to it.

Unique apartment, excellent location!

Beautiful apartment with amazing antiques and art collection. Minutes from old town center. Very pleasant and responsive hosts. Would definitely stay there again. Very clean, rooms air conditioned. Out of the ordinary accommodation if you're looking for something special. Would note that it's three flights up.
