Was a good location for island attractions

Lovely location! Downstairs rooms are accessible by outdoor only - no internal access. Centrally located to a lot of great activities. Handy being close to kingscote for groceries etc! Beautiful views. Enjoyed our stay :)

Disappointed with this property. Broken and old furniture left lying around. BBQ had to be thoroughly cleaned. Kitchen needed a good scrub. The property was old. Overpriced and it was the view we were paying for

Perfect spot

We loved our stay at Hamilton. It was clean and well equipped. We had 2 families so the two seperate living areas was absolutely perfect. But it was the spot that was the highlight. Amazing views from the deck. Short hop to the jetty, beach and boat ramp. Plenty of space for the kids to run around. And to top it off - the cocktails served from Beach Days was the perfect way to finish off our island holidaying days. We were already making plans on coming back

Furniture could be updated (lounge) cooking utensils needed to be cleaned before use. Doors needed fixing so they can be locked. All in all great position

Emu Bay, a great family holiday

Fantastic location overlooking Emu Bay. 2 living area, upstairs & downstairs helping keep a toddler safe. Stairs are steep but you can walk around the house to the back-door entrance.

Perfect location with beautiful views

The fire place and view and set up was a perfect fit for our group. Everything we needed was supplied. Had to forage for our kindling and ran out of fire lighters but we managed a fire each night. Plenty of relaxing space in and out the home. Wi-fi option would have been handy just to plan our days due to no optus service in the area.

Winter getaway

Fantastic location for a natural getaway, so much to do with a family. Right on the beach, few others around yet close enough to Kingscote for shops. Beautiful beach walks, fishing, georgous views. House had all we need. We are keen to return.

Amazing view

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The place was clean, and had an amazing view. Great spot for families as the playgrojnc is just across the road, and beach within walking distance. Everything we could want in a holiday house!
