We are located in SURF BEACH PHILLIP ISLAND

COMFORTABLE COASTAL LIVING! This neat 2-bedroom bungalow is Ideal accommodation for families, couples and Solo's. A 600m walk and you’ll arrive at “SURFIES POINT”. You will feel most at home here with all LINEN AND BATH TOWELS included with your stay. PET FRIENDLY. Fully fenced and gated backyard for your furry friend to join in on the holiday.

1. Central Location to explore all of the Island’s beaches and attractions. 
2. Selection of DVD’s, collection of board games for a rainy day. Plus Chromecast.
3. Comfort in any season. Split system heating/cooling. 
4. You might be lucky enough to SPOT A WHALE from Surf Beach. 
5. “Surfies Point”, the closest surf break is at its best in the cooler months.

The master and tri-bunk bedrooms sleep up to 5 occupants comfortably. The fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher is great for home-cooked meals and the WASHING MACHINE is perfect for the longer stays. The Bungalows also provides a number of extras that you wont find elsewhere. Complimentary coffee pods and tea, a Chromecast and selection of DVD’s

SURF BEACH is a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. You’ll never feel too far away from anything here. A 10-minute drive for groceries/restaurants at either Cowes or San Remo.
The beach itself is dog friendly and hosts one of the best surf breaks on the island, Surfies Point.

The Bungalows makes a great base for Phillip Islands hottest attractions. The Moto GP track is just a 5-minute drive away and the Penguin Parade a further 10 minutes.
Walking distance from a bottle shop, coffee & pizza vans, public transport & bicycle tracks.

An excellent choice as we were travelling with our dog. There was a secure back yard . It was in a quiet location and walking the dog was easy. If you want to stay in, there is an awesome takeaway pizza place within easy walking distance.
