So very homely and very comfortable and very clean , my mother is disabled and the hand rails in the ensuite shower worked perfectly for her , it would have been good to have had one in the ensuite toilet, otherwise everything was perfect for us all. Thankyou

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Middleton beach. Lots of room for three generations and walking Distance beach. Kitchen was well stocked with equipment and it was good having two bathrooms.

We really enjoyed our stay at Ourz. It was not far from my relatives house and the house was great. We will stay here again. It was good to be close to the park and kids were able to walk to the park. The front room even had the big kids playing in there. The communication with the owner was great nice and easy and not stressful at all.

Excellent holiday place for families

Location, facilities, beds and amenities was fantastic. Recommend this place - a lovely walk to the beach, close to park with flying fox and loads to do and see, with lovely restaurants and bars too

Great Holiday Destination

My Family had a relaxing time close to the city and beach, traveled to the Gap and Natural bridge, The Blowholes , went to Denmark went to Elephant Rock and a few other beaches

We had an amazing stay at this holiday house near Middleton Beach! The location was perfect — just a short walk to the beach.The house was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything we needed during our stay. The beds were cozy, and the outdoor area was great for relaxing in the evenings. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking to enjoy Albany — we’d definitely love to come back.

Just a short stroll to Middleton beach. Perfect location if you want to stay a little bit away from the hustle and bustle but still a short drive to shops etc. House was perfect for our Family of 6. The house was clean, very organised and large enough for our family. My only recommendation would be to bring any takeaway containers with lids etc if you plan on doing any day trips.

Spacious home in a great location right near the beach.

We really enjoyed our stay, everything was spotless and there is plenty of room in this spacious house. The beds are so comfortable and we had everything we needed. We would definitely stay again to explore Albany!
