The apartment is renovated and with all new furniture, it has a double bed, wardrobe, Consul refrigerator, microwave, 4-burner stove, 24-inch PHILCO LCD TV, air conditioning, SONY DVD, coffee maker, toaster, blender.
INTERNET access with WIFI.
We offer bed linen and towels.
The building is residential, has an elevator and there are 4 apartments per floor.
Located at Rua André Cavalcanti, very close to Rua Riachuelo.
Close to ARCOS DA LAPA and very close to LAPA 40º.
