The Plantation is a family oriented resort with 24 hour security. Along with the beautiful sandy beach, we enjoy six swimming pools, one of which is heated during winter months and also an indoor facility with heated pool, saunas and exercise room. For those who enjoy tennis or basket ball we have four courts and a full court basketball court. Horse shoes and shuffle board are available for those who choose a less strenuous activity. If you are an avid golfer the Kiva Dunes golf course is right next door, you don't even have to leave the resort and can come home for lunch.
There are several restaurants and sports bars in the area so we don't have to travel to Gulf shores for our meals. A harbor that provides chartered fishing trips along with pontoon boat rentals and jet ski rentals is just down the road from our resort. If you get tired of the peaceful setting and would like to go down town it is a nice fifteen minute drive to Gulf Shores.

This property was especially appealing in its location off the commercialized and crowded main beaches of Gulf Shores and Orange Beach yet still within minutes of all the restaurants, shopping and attractions Gulf Shores has to offer.
What makes this property unique
Uncrowded beach areas. There is 1 1/2 miles between this complex and The Beach Club on one side and only one other Condominium complex on the other side.
