The property was excellent, seemed brand new, very clean and well equipped. It was a great size for families and the location was fabulous, in the middle of Esperance and well situated to be able to explore all the fabulous beaches in the area. The host was also amazingly responsive, the TV stopped working on our last day and so we let them know so it could be dealt with after we left, but within an hour they popped round checked it and then replaced it with a brand new one.

look no further!!

Everything was just as in the photos. The place was absolutely spotless throughout. The linen is good quality. The beds are comfortable too. Plenty of spare bedlinen if required. Nothing negative to say at all. It is in a good position regarding beach and restaurants. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Beautiful house but misleading advertising

We have stayed at this property before and loved it so we decided to book it again. On Stayz they showed photos of the 2 story property we had stayed in and we booked it as we were taking guests to Esperance with us and thought they could have the upstairs with a view. There was also 4 adults and a toddler so we needed the 2 bathrooms. On arrival we realized we had been put in unit 2, a single story with only 1 bathroom! I called the owner who at first just blamed me booking the wrong house and then blamed Stayz and claimed it had nothing to do with her. She said if I had booked the 2 story house I would have paid much more and that I obviously booked the smaller house. It was a public holiday so we were stuck with what we had been given unfortunately. The next day we went to make breakfast to find the frying pan had lost all of its non stick coating and was rusting, the cutlery hadn't been cleaned and utensils were completely covered in oil and had not been cleaned at all. I messaged the owner and she came and dropped off new utensils and a frying pan for us. The house is nice in a great location and overall a ok place to stay however it is poorly managed and advertised incorrectly. We would never stay there again and we suggest if you are looking at this property double check which house you are booking.

We are disappointed your experience with the Stayz (VRBO) booking system has reflected on our property. Being a property manager of 4 homes for over 4 years, I have never experienced anyone booking the wrong home through the website. On the website each home has an individual property number, description and photos of each bathroom/s, toilets, bedrooms etc (quite clearly stated). If there were any discrepancies, there is an option to contact the owners to clear up any confusion before booking the property. When a booking is placed & accepted, you receive a confirmation email with full booking details about the property you have booked, which stated 1 bathroom, 3 bedrooms. You were advised to contact Stayz direct so you could clarify what had happened. This booking mistake was not ours or the Stayz booking platform. When you contacted me about the kitchen utensils, I apologised and replaced what you needed straight away. Going by our previous reviews & standards, our homes are exceptionally clean & tidy. But we respect what you have said and will endeavor to double check everything is up to our high standard.

Just go there

This property was very appropriate for our stay, walking distance to resturants and town and centre to all the attractions we just loved it was quiet and very accommidating just what we all needed for a well earned break, if anything the photos dont do it justice its modern and well kept thankyou for the lovely time we had, we will be back for sure.

Very clean and well located

Enjoyed our stay for 3 nights close to the Esplanade for a walk just out the back laneway. This is a unit rather than a house which I didn't pick up when booking but worked out fine.
