Wonderful stay in Breckenridge!

We could not have asked for a better place to stay. The home is so well kept, has amazing views and was perfect to come back each evening. The beautiful Aspen Trees were budding out during our stay and the friendly neighborhood Moose were so much fun to see. Thank you for such a lovely vacation for our family. We hope to return!

Lovely and Wonderful Place to Stay

We cannot speak highly enough about our stay at this place. It is simple beautiful, spacious, well-appointed, comfortable beds, and in a terrific, convenient location. Peaceful Forest Getaway

Loved staying at this getaway. My daughters and I loved it. We even saw a moose. She sat under a tree most of the day. Very clean. Very comfortable. Beautiful Views!

fantastic stay in Breck!

Enjoyed an extended weekend w some friends at this lovely mountain house. Only disadvantage is there is no shuttle to the mountain. Would stay here again

Amazing Stay

This house is absolutely perfect! It was very clean, well stocked, has an amazing view and comfortable beds. It’s just a few minutes from downtown Breckenridge. You will definitely need a 4WD during the winter months as the driveway is pretty steep. We especially enjoyed sitting in the steam shower after a long day of skiing!

Breathtaking!!

From the moment we walked inside we didn’t want to leave. This home is absolutely stunning. The actual logs, furnishings, and views were incredible. We woke up to 4” of snow and even saw 3 moose right outside the window. The pictures don’t do this home justice. We will absolutely be back!!

Great place for our family while skiing

7 of us. Everyone had a place to be together and to be alone when needed. Each of us LOVED the steam shower, especially after a cold day skiing. Shout out to PMI Breck. They were GREAT to work with.

We LOVED it here! Super Clean Quiet neighborhood Close to town Lots of space Beautiful views (mountain view from the porch is awesome) Their Steam shower is fantastic! **You NEED a 4x4/AWD in the winter. (steep driveways make it a must) ***Blue Moose is a must for breakfast (best hot chocolate ever) We will definitely rent again!!!

Great quiet house with nice views.

This is a very well kept property. The drive up to the house is visually stunning so you get that a few times per day. Nice open area, but very quiet after dark. Short drive to town, but well worth it. Asked the owners to look at some more cooking pans/pots and maybe a new king mattress for master bedroom. It was a great house.

Beautiful and relaxing

The house was wonderful and just what our family needed. The kitchen was spacious and had all the cooking equipment I need to make meals for my family. The rooms were comfortable and inviting and felt like home. We would gladly stay here again. It was a great escape from the heat of the Texas summer and a peaceful area for mindful escape. We were able to see a moose and her baby and an elk. Just an enjoyable to time for my family and I.

Pleasant stay in Breck

Enjoyed our stay at this property. Well kept and appointed (including a fully stocked and sizeable kitchen). Property manager was incredibly responsive. Had no issues with anything not functioning/requiring repair. Only complaint is that the only closet space in the master bedroom was locked/used as owners storage. There was an armoir but for a month's stay it made clothes storage tight. Would stay again if the opportunity arises.

Lovely house and getaway. High altitude.

The space is a lovely family stay with a responsive property management. Wonderful common area with a gas stove in the kitchen. Open concept for maximum family interaction. Fantastic view of the mountains and secluded location on top of a peak. The gas fireplace is a nice cozy touch. Solid WiFi. There is a steam room in the shower of the master bedroom. 3 proper bedrooms and an office with a futon in the loft/office area. One double room, one queen bedroom, one king in the master suite. All rooms have their own bathroom except the loft which will need to share a bathroom. There is a washer and dryer. The kitchen is fully stocked except for a water heater for tea, but you can boil water. Something to be aware of is that it is at the top of a mountain with a steep incline and having a 4 wheel drive during a snowy season it is necessary to get up the hill safely. The main hill up and down does not have a guard rail to the drop off and could be worrisome if the road is iced over. In addition, it should be noted that the house is at 9,875ft which is about 550 above the town of Breckenridge. If you are coming from sea level, it is a difficult adjustment and may take some time to acclimate. The town of Breckenridge is lovely, albeit expensive little place to walk around, eat, and shop. It is about 3 miles away and this house sits far enough away to avoid the hustle and bustle of the downtown area.
