There are multiple dining areas, creating the perfect opportunity to dine inside or alfresco, featuring an outdoor kitchen, BBQ area and a large swimming pool, which can be heated over the winter months.

The master bedroom is private, spacious and beautifully styled with an open ensuite, where you can enjoy the view from the bath.

Downstairs there is a kid's retreat with 4 beds and their private lounge area with TV & Foxtel.

Only a 5-minute walk to Sunrise Beach and Chalet & co a fabulous local cafe, perfect for coffee, breakfast, and lunch. Only a short drive to Sunshine Beach village and into Noosa - this home is the one holiday memories are made of.
