A large decking and outlook provides the perfect spot to BBQ with family and friends or to watch the sun drop into the water with a glass of wine.

The upstairs living/dining area has all the modern needs, new kitchen, large dining table, flat screen TV, DVD, stereo, split system heating and cooling and comfortable open lounging area. Two good size bedrooms one with queen and one with double bed and a third small room with kids bunks (Note: BYO linen all beds).

Downstairs via an external stair case is an open rumpus room with a lounge setting, bunk bed, TV/DVD set up and small fridge, perfect for the older kids as a 4th bedroom or to retreat to.

Coronet Bay is a safe family friendly beach just one and a half hours from Melbourne CBD, 45mins from Sth East suburbs. It is nestled along the coastal area between the towns of Grantville and San Remo on the way to Phillip Island. On Westernport bay, it's the Bass Coast's only sandy swimming beach. The beach 50m away is very safe and has some great fishing, whiting, snapper, gummy to name the most popular.

The quiet township is a combination of retirees, permanent residents and holiday homes.

Coronet Bay has a licensed general store, playgrounds, BBQ areas, basketball court, BMX track, great 3-6km beach walking tracks, tidal boat ramp and Community Centre. 5min drive to La Provincia restaurant/providore for locally grown fresh fruit and vegetables, home made pastries and wines.

Coronet Bay is 15 minutes from San Remo the entrance to Philip Island, and 25 minutes from Koo Wee Rup. It is a 5 minute drive to the Corinella jetty and the 'all tides, all size boats' Corinella boat ramp, providing full acess to Westernport bay.

The General Store does takeaway food and Fig & the Bay or La Provincia in Corinella are great cafes..after that the closest cafes and takeaway for options are in Grantville or San Remo.

During the main holiday periods the township hosts family friendly markets and events such as new years eve fire works and an easter fair.
