* We had issues with the powerpoints in the laundry, bathroom and kitchen on the first day we were there. It was resolved the next day, but it was a bit of an inconvenience having to get up at 8am for the Realtor representative to come in and have a look at the problem. Then to have to be there to let the electrician in. He did fix the problem though.* The free standing fan in the second bedroom, nearest to the lounge area, was very dirty and dusty. I wanted to use the fan but didn't as this would have just blown the dirty dust in the fan all over the bed.* The notice on the pantry states, if you check out during the opening hours of the Real Estate office, to drop the keys of to the office. My husband did this and we got a message from two of their agents asking us to drop the keys off, as they had not received them. They need to make sure any notices in the apartment are up to date.

Great location

Spacious townhouse. Great location (5 min walk to IGA, another 5-10 to the bowls club or RSL for dinner) overlooking the water. Aircon works well, ceiling fans not so much. Older apartment but has everything you need, including plenty of spare beach towels, kids toys, board games. We did had to put everything in the fridge due to ants which would be my only negative.

Calm and lovely

Very clean ,private and comfortable unit. Had everything needed with a couple of little added extras.Close to shops ,cafes ,clubs . Walking distance for me, so I just locked up the car. Having a glass of wine at the bowls club watching dilph8ns in the bay, very special. Uniit overlooked the water which is my go too. . Thankyou, I will be back
