Beautiful and Relaxing Area

The Neval is a quaint apartment near an amazing beach and shopping area. Gavin and his wife are very accommodating and provide great conditions for a vacation. The cafes in the area provide lovely eating options as you enjoy the beautiful beach area. This apartment is just a short walk to the beach area and access to the Coogee to Bondi coastal walk ~ a must do for the area! We certainly hope to return and will choose this location for sure!

Great Coogee accommodation

We spent three nights at Neval and it was great. The property is very clean and comfortable, especially the bed. Communications with the host were clear and prompt which meant check in and check out, as well as the whole stay, were very easy. We were in Sydney for both business and pleasure and this property was perfect for our needs.

Simply Beautiful

We recently had three glorious days at Neval. The home is beautiful and meticulously maintained and loved by the owners. It was an absolute pleasure staying here and we hope to visit again. We would highly recommend this property.

Tremendous hospitality

My husband and I had to book something in Sydney at fairly short notice and had our hopes set on Coogee as it is an absolutely lovely and chilled area to stay. We found the Neval but it was initially unavailable for the full duration. The owner communicated with us directly to accommodate at least part of our stay which turned out to be an excellent choice. The property is very well appointed and obviously recently refurbished - comfortable, clean, stylish, and spacious with a patio perfect for breakfast and a book in the Sydney morning sun. A really great space that is meticulously maintained. The owners were subtly proactive in ensuring we were well taken care of.
