Beach Break at Woolgoolga

'Beach Break' is situated a short walk from Woolgoolga Beach.
It is a comfortable, clean, 3 bedroom, family-sized home with main bedroom consisting of a king size bed and ensuite. A second bedroom has a double bed. A large third bedroom has 2 king single beds.
Kitchen is well-equipped, clean, spacious and has everything you need to cook a meal for a family. It also has a dishwasher.
Laundry is equipped with a front-loading washing machine, iron and ironing board and an outside clothesline.
A single carport is attached to the house.

You need to provide your own:

* bed sheets and pillow cases,
* bath towels, beach towels and tea towels,
* food/toiletries, etc.

Woolgoolga is a lovely beachside town with all services and amenities needed for a relaxed holiday. Everything is within walking distance including coffee shops/cafes,Woolworths, Chemists, Butchers, Hairdressers, Beauticians, Novelty shops, Surf shops, Medical and Dental Centres, etc and of course an amazing beach which is patrolled during all school holidays and most weekends.
Woolgoolga also has a RSL Club, Bowling Club and a Hotel - again all within walking distance from Beach Break.
There is also a sunny, north-facing deck where outdoor dining can be enjoyed.

Homely beach house

The beach house is clean, spacious and a retro style with plenty of rooms for the family. It’s a great location, close to the beach, sites and facilities in Woolgoolga. The hosts were very thoughtful and welcoming.

Great holiday beach stay at Woolgoolga

I recently took 3 grandchildren and myself to stay at Beach Break. It was a very well set up house with lots of thoughtful inclusions. My grandchildren loved having the space and breakfast out on the deck. Our stay was short but we really enjoyed it. Thank you.

This place reminds me of going to stay at a grandparents house, feels nice and homely. Very spacious house with all essential needs. Bronwyn is lovely to communicate with. This was the second time we have stayed at Beach Break

Excellent value, the location of this cottage doesn’t get much better! Great space for the whole family, it was clean and tidy and very sufficient in the way of amenities/furnishings. Would highly recommend. Only negative thing about the stay was having to leave. Thanks Bronwyn.

Overdue R & R

We love every moment of our stay at the Beach shack. We walked everywhere for 7 days. All the cafes and beach were a 5 minute walk from the home. Woopi Beach is just girgeous and extremely quiet. The locals were super friendly and food fantastic. Our favourites were The Beach Cafe, Indian and Sea Salt, make sure you try the ice cream right next door. We had all our needs met at the home. My daughter loved the play room, games and puzzles and the visiting chickens from the neighbours behind. Thank you for trusting us with your loving home.

Cosy family holiday

Our family loved staying in this cosy holiday house. The outside deck was gorgeous for breakfasts and BBQ dinners. We really appreciated the clothes line under the back roof, the extending dining table to fit 8, full size bath for our 1 year old grand daughter as well as the play room with lots of toys. Walking to the beach and cafes everyday was so convenient. Thanks Bronwyn for answering my questions promptly and ensuring that we had a comfortable stay.

Adorable beach house with everything

We stayed for a week and couldn’t get enough, We will be definitely staying again! It was the cutest beach house with style & character’ We absolutely love it! It was comfy and homely and so close to town and the beach, We could walk everywhere. I also loved how the house had everything, it caterers for everyone’ Especially families with kids. The Deck was awesome and had a great bbq. The Owner was so lovely to communicate with. All I can say is WOW’ best little holiday, and we can not wait to go back!! 😁👍💙

Great Spot

A no frills older style holiday home, close to beach and restaurants/cafes/shopping. Well equipped with useful bits (foil, oil, flour, extra linen etc) which was appreciated. We had a great stay.

Old but good size

This is a very old property and you can smell the mustiness when you walk in. I think the vacuuming could have been better but rest of the place seemed fine. It was convenient for us for 2 days but we only slept there and didn’t really use the property as we have family we visited with during the day. Despite this it is a good size and could accommodate 2 families. I was also slightly annoyed that linen wasn’t provided
