Lounge and dining open onto a large deck. There is a spacious open plan lounge room with a large television, Bluetooth sound bar, DVD and gas fire. The beautiful dining area and modern kitchen have spectacular views.

The downstairs bedroom 3 contains queen size bed, and bedroom 4 has 2 king single beds. The main bathroom has a bath, shower and toilet. Upstairs is bedroom 2 which contains queen size bed. There is a second bathroom upstairs. Main bedroom is a parent's retreat and features king size bed plus a modular lounge, TV and DVD. There is a laundry with washing machine and dryer, plus a third toilet.

Copacabana Beach is one of the Central Coast's most breathtakingly beautiful and relaxed beaches. It's a patrolled beach perfect for swimming, surfing and there's a rock pool for the kids. The local village has cafes, restaurant, convenience stores and there's a coffee shop at the Surf Club.

Amazing views

Overall the property is comfortable, well laid out & in a great position. The deck is perfect for enjoying the great view It did have a feeling of needing some TLC. Just felt a little run down But this did not make our couple of days there any less enjoyable Has everything you need in a holiday house I am still waiting for the refund of my Damages Deposit

Great beach location

Close walking distance to the beach. Longer beach walks to the lagoon and MacMasters Beach. Large house with well equipped kitchen and a 'lived in beach house feel'. Fantastic deck and 3 of the 4 bedrooms have beach / ocean views. Enjoyed watching a whale and numerous dolphins frolicking out to sea. Two cafes in Copa for coffee and lunch and also a cafe at MacMasters Beach. One Italian restaurant in Copacobana which was surprisingly good! Very basic and expensive general store and bottle shop.
